  1. There is an email addy for George in a previous post, shoot him off a mail, I'm sure he'll answer any questions. Very easy guy to deal with. I don't know if you'll find a site for him in the short term, but I'll ask him.
  2. Fabulous Geoff.
  3. They won't have any money left for beer!
  4. Very nice build of a not very good kit.
  5. Glad you got there Mark, old and new members are always welcome.
  6. If you like manuals and know someone that has an MX-5/Miata beg borrow or steal it, lovely gearbox.
  7. Here's the exception to the rule Bill. Friend of mine got a Greencard for America and moved over before he really learned how to drive. Every time he comes back he orders an automatic rental car in advance. I made him drive my manual car one time to see what he was like. Never again! LOL
  8. If you pass your driving test here in an automatic, you can't legally drive a manual. I'd imagine 95% of people in Europe can drive manual cars.
  9. George is an old school Gentleman, and very easy to deal with Steve. I really wish him the best of luck in his new venture
  10. Thanks for that JC, had to avoid all news until 2 pm my time when the re-run was on! Good racing, the drivers really seem to like the new cars.
  11. Great stuff Doc. Love the straight six.
  12. That's excessive Matthijs, USPS prices have gone up by 50% in the last few years but even so last week I got a single kit in a box from California, cost $22.50 and 2 kits in a box from Detroit 32 bucks. These are actual cost prices as I got them from friends. Now you're a little bit east of me, but it can't be too much more to post things to Holland.
  13. Calm down Gentlemen.
  14. I'd gladly have any accurate Trans Am kits.
  15. Try a tube of Turlexax Scratch Remover Graham. you should be able to get it at most Motor Factors
  16. No worries. A bit of polishing compound on the paint would make it perfect ,if you don't mind me saying so.
  17. I think you're hiding your light under a bushel Graham. Military modllers aren't supposed to be able to do shiney paint!
  18. Go on ya good thing! Fantastic amount of detail in it Mitch.
  19. Lovely finish,I was just about to ask the same question.
  20. Gorgeous.
  21. Yep,that's a nice Supra, what did you paint the exhaust with?
  22. I always paint a plastic spoon, cut out part of a decal you don't need and clear that as a test, Some clears are hotter than others.
  23. You can't find it over here either, though the bigger branches of WHSmith seem to stock it from time to time in the UK, For example you won't find it in Coventry, but I've seen it in a Birmingham City Centre shop.
  24. I think the problem of lack of supply is the company had no idea all us mad model car builders would send sales through the roof. Most of the guys I know have one, or one on order. I'm sure the Sales Director is very happy!
  25. Fabulous!
