  1. I never wrecked my parents cars but did a few of my own and a couple of drag cars racing back in the day. The last one was the worst one got hit from behind while stopped at a red light at around 60mph in a 82 Trans Am...was not good. Cool build I like it...
  2. Cool....Me though I restore the promos to the condition they were like new and rarely ever add any detailing to mine...when they are too far gone to restore I make models from them.
  3. I just picked up a old promo of that...cool.
  4. For me its lack of needed parts and funds.
  5. I like it....its a wagon...
  6. Its always cool to see these oddball kits that were out at one time.
  7. We had a car that once got T-boned by a semi truck...even though the car was twisted they would not total it at 60,000. miles on it....Ill never have insurance with them again.
  8. Curbside kits are great to me I love them just as much as the full detail ones. The guys are right about them there quick and easy and still make into a great looking model or replica of the real thing with very little work most of the time. Johan made snap or promo like kits,AMT had their Snapfast plus kits...all were good....me I cant get enough of them...
  9. I like them... shame they do not make the 60s,70s Pickups and Travelalls...
  10. If there of the 60s to mid 70s era cars Id be interested....back then you could tell just by looking what kind of car it was.
  11. Well I like it Scott....turned out nice looking. I myself love promos, promo like kits just as much as the full detailed ones...sometimes simple is better.
  12. The Starsky and Hutch Torino will make me happy...
  13. A surprise bill to pay of 600.oo and they want it all right now....of coarse its the first time I got the bill from them....
  14. That is awesome Dan....I like it! great imagination at work.
  15. Yesterday I got 3 old promos needing repairs from the local antique mall.... early 50s? International pickup missing front bumper and has a little warp 63 Ford Galaxie convertible missing glass frame 65? Mustang fastback damaged front posts and glass
  16. They were kind of a curbside kit but those never bother me there just as good as the others in my opinion...I love wagons and TAs too once owned a 75 and a 82.
  17. I love many of them just wish they made kits since I cant have a real one... Holden wagon or panel Mad Max movies cars, etc.
  18. Brandon....it can be built stock other than for the wheels and decals far as I can remember....I liked the kit when it was out thought it was a decent kit myself. Its molded in red plastic too.
  19. I loved those when they were out....shame they do not reissue them....cool clean build!
