My Grandfather owned... 23 Gardner Coupe(I still have it...not running)he quit driving it in 1935 due to a bad wheel barring which I have now. 75 Ford pickup 79 Ford pickup 72 Plymouth Fury II or III sedan(retired police interceptor) 65 Mercury Parklane wagon 69 T-bird HT cant remember the others right now My Grandmother owned... 66 Buick Skylark Coupe 66 Chevy Caprice Coupe 68 Pontiac Bonneville 4door 70 Bonneville wagon and others
  2. I have a 68 and 69 from my dads old collection planing on restoring sometime...sorry no photos.
  3. All I got was 8 stitches in my right thumb....was not good
  4. Many go into cases or boxes they came in once built....some will get rebuilt later on in the future when I need something to do. Some will stay in their cases for as long as I am around.
  5. I still have the Yellow one with the phantom superbird option...Id welcome any of the old MPC kits that have not seen the light of day in over 20 years or more.

  7. Dave....You can google the real thing and see them and what colors/options they had... I'm not real sure myself on those. Year ago a friend of mine owned a Black one with a White stripe 340-4speed and a flat hood.
  8. Id love to have 1/2 of those wagons and 4doors....I love the 60s to mid 70s wagons and 4doors....would rather have them than muscle cars anytime. I always wanted to build wagons like we owned when I was a kid...have a few but not many.

  10. Drew... keep at it you will get it...happens to me all the time but I never give up. I take my time doing everything...if i have a problem i just sit back and look at the problem from a different perspective and the answer shows up for it.
  11. Hey George.... you might need to change your Purple Pond after time it seems to loose its strength and needs replaced. With fresh PP I have never had a problem stripping any paint. Brake fluid is the same way needs replaced at times. Hope it helps.

  16. I still have my first build...but it needs a serious restore the Johan Heavenly Hearse...someday ill find the parts it needs to restore it right.

  18. I still have the Transtar kit....it is a great kit. How about the other Blueprint series kits from the 70s?
