    Build them and enjoy them...that is what there for.

    My family understands I have to have something to do with my time and the fact I have been building all my life and enjoy the hobby life. Most of my friends are supportive of it. One has to be themselves rather anyone likes it or not and do what makes you happy. Its an art forum..we create our own works of art. Like me..many of us are also historians we restore old ones so they can be around longer...there time pieces.

    Steve...yep your right...it was a typo. Mine was a 75 and the first year for the larger back window treatment. Luc...I have been after the 1/8th scale TA for years now myself....they need to re-issue it for us.

    Yep till the 76s were made they all had the smaller rear window in them without the wrap around look.

    I love that this kit is coming back...it will be a must have item for me. Id love to find or see one of the companies bring a 75 out so I could build a replica of the one I once owned.

    Gary...Nice stuff..its always good to see the survivors out there. I have a old Mercury just like that one I need to restore...and many others from the past once I can find the parts they will need there from my dads old collection. Id love to see the companies bring some of these old ones back for us all to enjoy.

    Welcome Kenny...! I have been building all my life great way to pass the time too. The best advise anyone ever gave me is to treat every part as if it were a model itself. Plus...building is no race build at your own pace and they will look awesome. Good luck on your knee replacement hope the recovery is a good short easy one.

    Glad your ok Lee. We often forget as we all get older our bodies get tired and we end up having issues. I am a diabetic myself and have other health issues to fight. Stick to the doctors orders my friend.
