Warren... AMT makes some really nice semi truck kits they build nicely too. Very nice idea you have to get him one.

Nice...! Me myself I restore promos..love them.. but if there damaged too badly to be restored they become a kit project build. I too like 4 doors..wagons too..made a few myself...you did good on her.

Yeah I have had a rough time since the accident...but it could be worse my friend...I am still here to be able to share with others that have the same passions I have for building and restoring old models and promos. And sometimes I get to be of help to another. Always good to chat with another modeler too.

Ken....Oh yeah..! that would be cool to see in a kit...Id buy one or ? of them. I have a few to try and make if possible of ones the family had owned over the years...not going to be easy...some of the needed donor cars are a bit rare now.

Yesterday I picked up a old 68 Corvette convertible promo needing help cheap. Now to find the parts to restore her to her formal glory...glass and post frame...has a small chip missing from the drivers front corner of the bumper...otherwise nice.

Me too..! I make some of my own versions of them...some cars should have been made that were not. Nice work..!

Years ago I bought a retired 72 Pontiac Grand Safari wagon(ex state police car)...it was fun...real sleeper car. We need more 60s/70s wagon kits to build...they have many possibilities for building ideas.

Id be happy with a kit..model..promo of the 75 so I can build a replica of my old 75 TA I owned once...had to sell her off to pay on the bills after my accident...liked to killed me to miss that car everyday still.

I love to build...it keeps me busy and time passes easily when I build. I like all types of vehicles and big trucks too...I like the fact there is so much you can do with them. I even have plans for a rig of my own creation.

Hugh...Bad thing is mine is an older kit I doubt they would send replacements for it...I have had it for some time now.
