Finished. I kind of gave up on this one. I lost two of the lights. But, it was fun and I think I'll try another one day.

Really looking forward to this. I gave the original kit a whirl in my youth back in the 80's and failed miserably. Like you said - it's an amazing kit.

Man, I love it! That interior is awesome. My Grandaddy was a Cadillac Man ... he had a brown Fleetwood, 1984. He ordered it with ever option - including a CB Radio. I'd love to build a model of it.

Thanks, Tom. I used Frog Tape, which I've had good results with in the past. I was thinking of redoing the paint job, but I've already decaled the body and I have no more decals! My own undoing, I realize ...

Thanks! So, I kind of shot myself in the foot as they say. Cleared the hood/front fenders - and then knocked it off the paint stand. Then, I burned through the paint trying to fix it. Oops ... Anywho ... pics so far:

Well, with school starting back, I think it's time to wheel out the S'Cool Bus! This is the Monogram 1/24ish Tom Daniel's S'Cool Bus. I've never built one before, and I'm having a blast with this. I can see I need to do a little clean up on the black edges, but still ... this is just a cool old kit. Thanks for looking!

I'm not one to usually complain when a kit maker releases a new kit - I get that sometimes things don't work out exactly right and that there may be shortcomings here and there. I'm usually just pretty happy to have the opportunity to build something. But, missing door panels? Did we just hit 88MPH and go back to 1967? A bummer, to say the least.
