  1. Looks great Mike! Can't go wrong with a set of Chevy ralleys...
  2. Not the ideal location, but I'm happy the F1 circus will be back in the states! Now we need our own team (again!)
  3. Welcome to the site! You'll have to do some scatchbuilding & kitbashing to get the S10s you want to build, but Revell has the 99 Silverado extended cab 2WD truck reissue out right now. Only standard cab S10s that I'm aware of, but there were 2 & 4 door Blazer kits made, just not quite that new, grille work will be in order. Good luck, and show us what you come up with!
  4. Very nice!
  5. Sounds like an easy project for one of our resident resin casters...
  6. Now Willie, you've been a member here all this time & just now posting for the first time? Oh, what you've been missing! Welcome my long-time offroad buddy!
  7. It's definitely not 1:27 scale. It's advertised by Welly as 1:24, but it's a bit smaller...just a touch smaller than the Revell 99 Silverado, but anything you have in your parts box that's 1:25 or 1:24 like powerplants, wheels, tires will work on it. Comparo pics with the Silverado if you need, I'll be putting some different wheels/tires on it too I can post.
  8. Here's another Welly of a subject we'll never see in styrene This 2008 Tahoe is supposed to be 1/24 scale, but actually measures 1/25.7. Probably due to packaging restraints. Nicely detailed, a good replica I think. Now for some bigger tires...
  9. NICE!!!
  10. Awesome work, as usual Alan! Now all we need are some different wheel combos to go with them!
  11. Another nice Bowtie Ron!
  12. Welcome Ron! Nice work you're doing there!
  13. Welcome to the best place for automotive modeling Dave!
  14. Good stuff Aaron, I especially like the '60 Chevy!
  15. Very nice builds Casey!
  16. Welcome to the group Chris!
  17. Yeah, we know Rodney...we wish you would visit us at the offroad site once in awhile
  18. Very cool project! I like using the urethane foam myself, very easy to work with, hard to find locally for me though If we can make it a custom or street rod, sign me up! PM me your paypal addy when you're ready
  19. Word on the street is that there are two RESIN versions coming...a two-door and a four-door Unlimited! Here's who I got mine from: eBay seller's link BIN was $19.99...I first low-balled @ $12.50, they shot it down. Tried again a few weeks later for $15 and they took it. They have quite the stock of Welly subjects. I contacted Welly about the Jeep, they told me this was unavailable in the US...why? Who knows, probably licensing BS. More 1:1 JKs are sold here than anywhere else! The Wrangler is no longer on Welly's site, taken off about a week after I contacted them
  20. Here's a Welly 1/24 Jeep JK diecast I recently picked up...unavailable in the US got it directly from China... after disassembly, and with a little help from some SoReal tires & modified Rubicon wheels, here's a mockup of what it can look like: and with the top: this may become the four-door Unlimited, but I'm kinda liking the two-door for now...
  21. Here's two more 1/25 SpecCast models I just got yesterday...I don't collect Lennox stuff, they just seem to be cheapest. Eventually both will be stripped & repainted: 1936 Dodge humpback panel: 1957 Dodge Sweptside pickup:
