  4. I've heard that a Dr. Cranky figure and his sidekick will be available soon, and the sneak-peek we've had of them look GREAT! http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59240&st=0 How are they coming along Derrick?
  5. Cooool!!! Looking forward to more Tom
  6. Roll call for MCM members? If we just had matching T-shirts or something...
  7. - Agreed on the fastback! (has there ever been an ugly one produced?) - EVERY styling element of the C2 Corvette (coupe) is perfection (to me) - 50s era aviation inspired styling...fins, gunsights, rockets, etc.
  8. X2 Bill! We used to use these in the hangar to spray finch (aircraft green primer) for small parts/repairs. Inconsistant results, doesn't seem like enough pressure for proper atomization. I'd never use one to paint (or even prime) a model Virgil, spray cans are better You're an airbrush wizard anyway!
  9. Carter, no need to use inaccurate small scale monster truck tires unless you're after that look The SoReal tires can be had separately, or there are resin casters out there doing offroad tires, looky here: http://www.magazinepublisher.com/models/tires/tires.html http://public.fotki.com/cnaind/truck-tires--wheels/off-road--pickup-tires/ http://www.ebay.com/itm/SoReal-Interco-TSL-Bogger-1-24th-Scale-Model-Builder-Tires-1-3-4-OAD-8-Pack-/150906572409?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2322bb8e79 http://www.ebay.com/itm/SoReal-Interco-TSL-Bogger-1-24th-Scale-Model-Builder-Tires-1-3-4-OAD-4-Pack-/200817920326?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2ec1ae4946 You can check out our offroad specific build forum for tips, tricks, and anything else 4x4 related, the linky's in my signature below
