  1. Now Shelby Cobra is on four wheels. Tire and wheel combo fits perfectly, no problem with that. But I did little mockup, to check the ride reight and if I must make something better. No problem with that also... But when I test fitted the engine to chassis, it fits just perfectly, but when body is in place, engine system doesn't fit under the hood. Don't know, what I have to do for it but maybe I built new engine mounts or just do some modifications to those old ones... Don't know really what I have to do, I have also one hood with scoop but I really don't want to use it... An other thing. I built that register plate frame ready to be mounted. I painted around of those textes by blue and then removed the paint off from the textes. Illinois plate is lots of better than "COBRA" what's also in the box... Next step, I must make that engine to fit and then primer the body and of course more work on the interior. Thank you for looking, comments are welcome.
  2. Smoooooooooth! That's very smooth Buick! I like it very much, that paintjob looks very cool. Any polishing? That would be very tricky to polish... But anyways, Jimmy Flintstone bodies are very good quality, I think. Have one '60 Nomad body waiting for better building talents but that one looks very good. Back to this. Where are those wheels from?
  3. I can remember, when I tried to use whitewall decals to my '64 Impala custom. They went so badly before I got them to the tire that it was impossible to use them. I don't like those. But model looks very cool, paintjob is very nice and foiling looks very good also. That engine looks good too, but interior picture is bit... blurry... But other pictures are ok, and I can see the GTX. That's very clean build, no big mistakes on it! This is one kit, I have buy, it's so nice car. Dodge Polara '63 would be very nice also, but I have never seen kit from it.
  4. With your building talents, this is going to be awesome! Engine looks very good and chassis is very nice also. Can't wait to see more!
  5. Thank you, Clay. You are on the list right now. My Corvette is still waiting for stripping paint, have no Fairy Power Spray yet.
  6. I'm watching! That looks awesome, nice detailing and that paintjob is very good, of course decals from Slixx... Nice job with it so far, can't wait to see finished product. Oh, and remember to paint those opening "flaps" from blower hat. Nice job with it.
  7. Very interesting project you have there. I think, this car is best when built to Pro Stock Drag Racer, but this one isn't really bad style either... Very good job so far, I think, i must buy this kit some day, your work looks awesome! Oh, are you serious! It's about - 15 celsiusdegrees here, in Lapland, there was over 30 minus degrees few days ago. Freezing...
  8. Yes, frontend is just a little too high, but little of lowering and it's good. This kit is quite good, but I built mine so long time ago that it is pretty rough build, but I can remember the kit. Your looks awesome, that paintjob is very cool and engine work is very great, as always!
  9. That '41 Chevy truck looks very cool- very massive and very nice scratchbuilding there. But how "SixShooter" engine would move that truck? Maybe V8 would be better, but that's very nice and there is no any reason to change the engine, that fits just perfectly to the frame. Very good job.
  10. That real car looks very good, can't wait to see this Chevrolet finished. Nice stance on it, and yes, those surf boards are "must" thing to that. What is the kit, I have AMT, but it's Panel Van. This is lot more interesting body and very interesting build also. Nice job with it so far.
  11. Nice build, very good looking engine on it, detailing is very nice! Can't wait to see more. What does "IMO" mean. Or "IMHO". Have no idea...
  12. Oh, somehow I just didn't notice his post or I haven't seen him here either...
  13. Interesting... Body work is fun until you must start sanding... That's horrible and boring. But this Camaro looks very nice, can't wait to see it finished... You can't see too much pro street style cars, and it's interesting car, new Camaro is really not my favourite, but when it's Drag Car, then it's very nice...
  14. How did you make tinted windows? Anyways, that's looking very good, paintjob is perfect, as always!
  15. Very interesting build there! Nice job with it so far, can't wait to see it finished. Cool...
  16. Color combo looks awesome. Those wheels and tires are just perfect too, can't wait to see it finished...
  17. Well, I tell this again, but I can't be without posting a comment. That looks awesome, and as a '60 Impala freak, this one looks very very good! That engine detailing looks very good and otherwise that paintjob is awesome, switching the hood to Revell one is good idea, maybe I must try to do that same thing, because this resin body is waiting for a builder. This is just so cool, I think, it's the best one, I have seen on this forum for a while. Very good tips in that WIP and now I must just wait a little and then when I'm better modeler, I start building of mine. But this is awesome!!!
  18. This looks awesome! Perfect style to build '62 Impala, that colour on it is just perfect. Paintjob is very cool too, shiney and smooth. That interior is very good looking too, red seats on it are looking perfect. Engine detailing is also exellent, it's very nice to see old W- Block... Very good job with it, so clean build!

    Hurst Olds

That's nice! That paintjob looks awesome and it looks very realistic. Engine detailing looks very cool, there are lots of very nice details. Interior looks very good also, that Hot Rod magazine is perfect detail to there. Awesome, this is one "must have" kit.
  20. Wow, that's very nice. I would like to see pictures from engine also. But that looks very nice, paintjob is perfect looking and otherwise very good job with it, clean and realistic looking, like those "Remove Before Flight" things there are looking like how they are in 1:1.
  21. I have been watching this project, it looks very good. Don't like the wheels and tires, but that engine detailing looks very good. All work with the trunk also has not gone waste! Good job with it, can't wait to see it finished.
  22. I haven't seen that guy for long time here, no updates, no any comments... Do you know, where is he?
  23. Well, I'm not sure, because it's build which is allowed to this build but if I say "yes" I'm afraid that there comes 10 just finished builds... Not sure about it... But one thing, I'm sure. If you build another one and post some pictures from it to this topic, then you are in and I think that if you build another one, I will get you in with that Monogram 1952 Midget also. But I think about it.
  24. Wow, nice ride! That paintjob is just perfect, detailing looks very good and interior work is amazing. That analog cell phone is nice, as the hole car. But I can find just one mistake, which will go away soon. I can see white glue, (Erikeeper?) next to those register plates. But if it's Erikeeper, it dries and then I can't see it anymore. But very nice job with it.
  25. WOW!!! '73 Vega! MPC kit or am I blind? Quite rare kit? How is it like, good, very good, bad, very bad or even worse...? But great, that's the kit, I must buy when I see it. I have no picture, and it's already sunday but I can tell, that on my bench, '66 El Camino, '56 Victoria custom and that Finnish HotRodding Corvette...
