  1. That real car looks very good, can't wait to see this Chevrolet finished. Nice stance on it, and yes, those surf boards are "must" thing to that. What is the kit, I have AMT, but it's Panel Van. This is lot more interesting body and very interesting build also. Nice job with it so far.
  2. Nice build, very good looking engine on it, detailing is very nice! Can't wait to see more. What does "IMO" mean. Or "IMHO". Have no idea...
  3. Oh, somehow I just didn't notice his post or I haven't seen him here either...
  4. Interesting... Body work is fun until you must start sanding... That's horrible and boring. But this Camaro looks very nice, can't wait to see it finished... You can't see too much pro street style cars, and it's interesting car, new Camaro is really not my favourite, but when it's Drag Car, then it's very nice...
  5. How did you make tinted windows? Anyways, that's looking very good, paintjob is perfect, as always!
  6. Very interesting build there! Nice job with it so far, can't wait to see it finished. Cool...
  7. Color combo looks awesome. Those wheels and tires are just perfect too, can't wait to see it finished...
  8. Well, I tell this again, but I can't be without posting a comment. That looks awesome, and as a '60 Impala freak, this one looks very very good! That engine detailing looks very good and otherwise that paintjob is awesome, switching the hood to Revell one is good idea, maybe I must try to do that same thing, because this resin body is waiting for a builder. This is just so cool, I think, it's the best one, I have seen on this forum for a while. Very good tips in that WIP and now I must just wait a little and then when I'm better modeler, I start building of mine. But this is awesome!!!
  9. This looks awesome! Perfect style to build '62 Impala, that colour on it is just perfect. Paintjob is very cool too, shiney and smooth. That interior is very good looking too, red seats on it are looking perfect. Engine detailing is also exellent, it's very nice to see old W- Block... Very good job with it, so clean build!

    Hurst Olds

That's nice! That paintjob looks awesome and it looks very realistic. Engine detailing looks very cool, there are lots of very nice details. Interior looks very good also, that Hot Rod magazine is perfect detail to there. Awesome, this is one "must have" kit.
  11. Wow, that's very nice. I would like to see pictures from engine also. But that looks very nice, paintjob is perfect looking and otherwise very good job with it, clean and realistic looking, like those "Remove Before Flight" things there are looking like how they are in 1:1.
  12. I have been watching this project, it looks very good. Don't like the wheels and tires, but that engine detailing looks very good. All work with the trunk also has not gone waste! Good job with it, can't wait to see it finished.
  13. I haven't seen that guy for long time here, no updates, no any comments... Do you know, where is he?
  14. Well, I'm not sure, because it's build which is allowed to this build but if I say "yes" I'm afraid that there comes 10 just finished builds... Not sure about it... But one thing, I'm sure. If you build another one and post some pictures from it to this topic, then you are in and I think that if you build another one, I will get you in with that Monogram 1952 Midget also. But I think about it.
  15. Wow, nice ride! That paintjob is just perfect, detailing looks very good and interior work is amazing. That analog cell phone is nice, as the hole car. But I can find just one mistake, which will go away soon. I can see white glue, (Erikeeper?) next to those register plates. But if it's Erikeeper, it dries and then I can't see it anymore. But very nice job with it.
  16. WOW!!! '73 Vega! MPC kit or am I blind? Quite rare kit? How is it like, good, very good, bad, very bad or even worse...? But great, that's the kit, I must buy when I see it. I have no picture, and it's already sunday but I can tell, that on my bench, '66 El Camino, '56 Victoria custom and that Finnish HotRodding Corvette...
  17. Wow, awesome! So smooth looking '55 Chevy! This is maybe my favourite custom style, no big body modifications, but low and smooth& clean, I mean that there are no anything no needed stuff. This is just perfect. The paintjob looks cool, it's so shiney and smooth. Colour combo is also perfect. Chrome Reverse wheels are just perfect to this, that grille looks good on it too. Engine detailing looks awesome, that engine is very nice all the way! I can't find any mistakes from it. :o
  18. Very good looking Chevelle, clean build all the way. Foiling looks nice, paintjob is very nice and I like that vinyl top very much, it looks very good. AMT's '70 Chevelle, I have never seen it, or I got bad memory. Engine looks very good too, nice detailing on it and chassis is looking good also.

    66 Nova

Good looking Nova! Usually I don't like matt black, but this one is really good. That stance is just perfect, and engine detailing looks awesome. Those wheels and tires are perfect to this one, and that wheel base is just perfect to Nova. Is it like it is in Revell's '57 Chevy kit...? Nice job with this.
  20. Thank you for the nice words! Cato, as in your pictures, there are springs in the both sides. I must make that another one to that side also... I think, I leave that other thing just how it is right now... But now the body is ready for primer. I sanded the body with 600 paper, then finishing with 1000 paper. Now it's ready. I used an eraser for a push. That's because there comes no any bowles to the body. Eraser is better than piece of wood, because the eraser is not so hard stuff... But anyways, there were pretty much sanding on the body, the wrong side of the hood, there were some ejector marks. I removed them with sandpaper. Now these parts are ready to primering. Comments welcome.
  21. Great build! That "Fast Freddy" Fagerström does always about little over 1/8 mile burnout and when he is coming back to starting line, he is reversing very very fast! That is maybe the most aerodynamic Pro Mod, I have ever seen... It was great here in Alastaro this year when Freddy was at 17th place (only 16 will get to eliminator). His Pickup didn't go straight way at all, but he was just going full throttle. It was pretty exiting but Freddy managed to get on the 16th place. First round on eliminator, his opponent drove 5.911 (1/4 mile) that's new european record. Yes, bit off topic, but...
  22. If you like building rat cars, that 150 Chevy would be nice like "found from the barn after 30 years". Rust and flat tires etc.
  23. Yes, it's Altered Wheel Base (AWB). But anyways that looks very good, paintjob is awesome and those flame decals are very nice ones. Did you make that chassis plate longer? Where are those front wheels from, I'm looking for those. This is not so great kit, but yours looks amazing, specially I like that engine, wich you have made looking good! Nice job with this awful kit.
  24. Thank you, Cato for those two pictures, they are very good, and there I can see how to detail those carburetors. Well, now I put some detailing to the carburetors, they are looking ok. I used different types of "metal wires", like MIG welding wire and stuff like that. Engine needs just few little parts, and then it's ready to be mounted to the chassis... Also the chassis work is pretty much done. That frame is painted by silver, and that rear end is gloss black... I also painted those chassis parts. Most of them are silver, but there is used other colours as well, of course. Front axle system was a bit tricky to install together, but after all, it looks pretty good. Those springs are painted by black, and then some red to give some realistic look. Rear end was bit tricky too, but there were less parts than in front. Rear axle is painted by silver and black, now it's looking pretty good, only tires and propeller shaft and engine are still missing from it. Now I must start interior work also, and body must be primered, I have graved those panel lines with Trumpeter's graver. Radiator is first painted by silver, then I painted it by black and removed the black paint from it, now that looks more realistic, I can't explain better, because of my English, look from that picture. They have made some updates to Photobucket again, so I must lear again how to use it... But comments and tips etc. are welcome!
  25. THAT'S INSANE!!!! That is awesome build! The paintjob, those decals wow, they are looking just perfect. Also that body, it's just like Graham Ellis' Superbird Pro Modified! Link It's just great! Engine detailing is super, I can't even think about adding some more details there, that's super work. Interior is very good too, very nice detailing and I just can't understand, how fast you built this one. Nice job with it!
