Great H-Body! Looks awesome, but maybe more detailing on the engine would be cool. That's not bad anyways, paint is very nice and awesome decals, they are fitting perfectly! Great looking Vega, love these!

Nice build! Very good colour, nice decals and they are fitting very nicely! Good job with details also, very nice project, like that car. It's very nice in Funny Car, don't like it in original but that doesn't matter at all. Nice job with it! Airfix has made the Burnout Bird, seventies Pontiac Funny Car. That is pretty good kit, the same kit is built by MPC also. It's same box and kit is same too, I think. There is only MPC logo... Then MPC has made Nitro Bird. That's same kit, I think that Burnout Bird, but there is body like this. It's quite un usual but... I have that Burnout Bird. Your model looks good anyways!

First. Love the car! Monza is very good looking, it's just sad that it's quite rare car, as Skyhawk and Starfire... But that colour looks very very good on it, detailing looks very nice and this is very interesting project. Keep it going!
-
Nice LeMans! Pictures are little blurry, but I can see the car and it looks good. That's very good idea to build "normal farmers everyday car"! Six engine looks good on it, nice detailing, paintjob is nice and so on. Very good job with it!
-
Oh yes, it would be nice to see engine and chassis... But anyways, that looks super, paintjob is perfect to me and I thought that it was 1:1 car, but I realized that this is model car forum... So that looks amazing, very clean build there are no big mistakes. Great job!

Nice detailing on the engine, paintjob looks very cool and it's very interesting project. It's sad that most of that detailing leaves under that shaker scoop, but that scoop looks so good that it must be there also. But you are making very good progress, I'm watching this one.

This is my new project. I bought this yesterday from model car show, here in Finland. It's a glue bomb. There is only body, interior floor, doors and chassis. That's good start for this, I'm building it because on the next year theme class in that show is called Finland. So in late seventies or in early eighties, people build pretty wild looking street machines. Rear end was raised and front end lowered. Usually there were also wide rear fenders, because otherwise big wheels don't fit. It's not my favorite style but it's "must have" thing... Right now I have 362 days to finish this project. So I don't have a hurry. It was cheap, only 3 euros, that's very good. It's very good basis for this, I take almost every part from my "million box". Powerful engine of course and "Back Off" mud flaps and everything like that. Maybe a sunroof...? Lots of ideas, that's good and now I made those rear fenders wider with little styrene part, now it needs bondo. I must make one for the other side still. Wheels are from Monogram '56 Chevrolet Bel Air, they are quite ugly, I think but very good for this... Tires are Good Year Rally GT, they are from million box also. It's quite good stance? Comments and ideas are welcome, I'm trying to get some time for building next days, today I was building exhaust system to '79 Buick with my dad. Welding pipes together is fun and quite easy!

Yesterday at model car show, I bought good looking taillights for this. But if I'm going to use them, I must put some styrene and I must narrow them a little. An other idea is that I use '55 Chevy taillights. I'm not sure about those bullets, because they are maybe "too used" so let's have a see. I bought also graver, made by Trumpeter. I tried to grave those panel lines a little, because now they are lot better. That graver is almost perfect tool for this, I can't find any bad things from it. It's quite cheap also, don't know how is it in dollars, but it cost 5,90 euros to me. Great tool, I say! Hope to have more progress pics pretty soon...

That's nice. (As usual...) Very good job, can't find any mistakes from it, that "RRRRRRRRRRRRREVELLUTION!" is pretty funny thing, but detailing is perfect, every single fitting and wire are in the correct place! Thank you for sharing! "

Great work, as always! Like it very much, that paintjob is very good and engine detailing looks very nice too. Good job with it, Challenger is very nice car and FC cars are nice... You did exellent job, thank you for sharing.

That Pro Sportsman is not the easiest model kit, tube frame is very tricky to install and quite often you must warp them just a little. I should start from something easier maybe, that '66 Nova from AMT would be very good starting point. It's very good to drag racing, you only must change slicks to it. Or I don't know are there slicks in that round 2 release but just change tires and it's good drag car then. I mean these kits: I didn't find a picture from that older release, but it's the same car but it has a square pro scoop and it's yellow in the boxart. But that's very good kit for start drag modeling, I built that older release sometime ago, it was very good kit, I think.

This is looking very good, I think, it's one of your best ones. Good job with it. Paintjob is awesome as always and that shiny is beutiful. Wheels and tires are looking very good too, very clean work with it. I can't find any mistakes from it, nice engine and detailing is looking very good. Thank you for sharing.

That's looking good and it's cool project. Engine is looking very good, frame is nice and so on. Oly one thing, what is disturbing me. That seam of the engine what comes when you glue those engine halves together. But that doesn't relly matter, it's looking very good!
-
I should say: Real! This is very very good looking build, John! It's always very nice to see your builds here, this one is awesome, as always. That Alcad work looks super, how did you make it? It's very good looking! Paintjob otherwise too looks very very good and engine detailing is very great too, amazing I would say. That's just very beautiful model all the way, thank you fors sharing this one!!! Your work is always very great, it would be very cool to get that kind of building talents some day... I like your builds very much!

Didn't mean, you are old, I just meant that it's great when someone who has built models before is coming back to the bench. There came the "old modeler". Sorry.
-
Oh yes, thank you Adam! You are in! Thank you for entering. It's great to hear when old modeler says that is coming back to building model cars. My dad started few year ago too, he had about 20 years break. But anyways, that Formula one car is acceptable, so thank you for entering to this community build!

Thank you John and David! Today I did some small things. I made fan wings thinner... They were too thick originally... I used that hobby knife firts, then I used 120 sanpaper to make them a little smoother. Then I used file to make them ready. Now it's looking much better. I also took the steering wheel off from the tubes, but that part needed some putty. Comments are of course welcome...

Today I got decals for this one. They are now those correct ones. My kit had originally the same Drag On Lady decals than '69 AMC AMX Super Stocker has. And now I have those correct ones, that's good. They are looking very good.

Great thanks to Mark! You are in. Good choice for that, it looks very good when finished.
-
WOW, you got some great talents!!! Now you would put that AMT body and Modelhaus frontend together...? It's great to see that someone builds these wagons, I would like to build these too but almost always it needs expensive resin body... Too expensive to me. I have Jimmy Flintstone '60 Nomad resin body... But back to yours, it's looking very good, there is big conversion behind, very good job with it! I like it very very much... Nice scratch work with that interior also. There is good colour on it. Paintjob is looking very good and detailing on the engine is AMAZING!!! It's just beautiful, exellent!!!
-
Nice job with it. That Citation is very ugly car, I think and it's pretty weird choice to build model kit of this from Revell... But with lowrider parts, came with the kit it would be looking worse... But anyways, nice paintjob, good detailing on the engine and that interior work is amazing! Vert good looking model all the way. Like it.

Here is just a little update to you. I installed the rear axle system to place, for a good 70's style Hot Rod stance, I used those little pieces to make rear end higher. Now it will be as high as it is in my Gasser Nomad. Frontend will be on normal height. I also installed brake lines to rear wheels, I must only install that line between rear tube and the master cylinder. Now it's ready for some front axle systems and engine. I got some material to plug wires on saturday (November 6th), when it is model car show in Turku, Finland... This continues soon, I think if I have any time to build. Comments welcome...

That's a great start for your Fairlane. Looks good! The situation of my Corvette: Still waiting for some stripper for paint, I must get it soon. I post pictures when I have something to show you. Now this community build is started, but more entrys would not be bad thing! Get in!

Ooh, looking very good! Detailing is perfect as always, paintjob looks good, nice job all the way. I can't say more, it's just amazing build! -
MORE PICTURES, PLEASE! But this one is looking very good! I like nostalgic gassers, the stance is looking great, those front wheels and tires are perfect and those slicks on the back are looking very good too. That's looking very very good!
