  3. Starting to get back to work on another started/stalled project. Seems like I start numerous projects and then they sit until my get motivated. This is the Revell 1970 Charger R/T. Paint is Testors lacquer and wheels are from Pegasus, 19”/23” Chrome T’s
  4. Yessir I agree with you on the front pans on Mopar kits. Every time I see one I have to keep telling myself “don’t say anything, don’t say anything “ lol i have a project Challenger that will have stock wheels on it.
  5. I got so motivated by building this one that I bought a few more kits from my childhood, including 2 more Boss429 kits ?
  6. I actually had it mixed in a spray can at my local automotive paint store, rather pricy but I have plenty left over for other projects

  9. Made a little progress with this one today. May have it finished up this week sometime. @Oldcarfan27 I took your advice and continued the two-tone into the rear area.
  10. Calling it done! When I built it as a kid I used the centerline wheels from the “Heavy Chevy” Chevelle kit and used yellow sewing thread for plug wires. This one turned out quite a bit better than the other one.

  13. Made a little bit of progress. Considering the replica I’m doing was built almost 40 years ago I think I’m remembering it like I built it.
  14. I’d be down for a Hot Wheels build…. I may have a few to draw motivation from. this is roughly 1/3 of my total Hot Wheels collection, all still in their packages lol

  19. Can I get in on this? I don’t have the original that I built but it was the old Monogram 70 Boss429 2n1 kit(white car on box) and I have a newer Motor-City Muscle issue that be been looking for a reason to start(like I don’t have enough started already ?)

  24. Sorry I should have given a little more detail on the Thunderbird. It has “Ideal” and “Made in Hong Kong “ on the bottom of it. Also it is way smaller than 1/25 scale That body and the cart looking thing were both in the Duster box.
  25. I found a few rebuilders and a couple of vintage boxes today, scored it all for $20. anyone have any idea what the last 2 photos are?
