John.. Awesome work Brother. You sure have been a busy bee. This is shaping up really nice so far. I think my favorite piece so far is the tanks. They look killer and love the little bit of stain of the fuel, so realistic. Keep up the great job on this. -

Pete.... That totally Stinks and am sorry to hear that. I actually have been to that Hobby Town and bought a few things when I went to visit my uncle about a year and half ago. They were maybe 10/15 mins if that from my uncles It was a really nice store and had a great selection of items. -
Tim.... Wow... That looks Steller. Man that is so nice. That thin CA did the trick I think it turned out great. The CA fooled me because I wasn't sure if it was medical tape or not. Yeah I am getting close to a few more items, I need to get a few things hooked up and then should be able to post an update. soon very soon
-
Tim... Thanks for responding to my question. I may actually have the same tape. I never thought about lightly hitting it with zap a gap. Looks great!!. Thanks for reading the post on the Vega... There is just a few more Items I want to completed before I am able to show my little progress on it. They are minor details.

Johnny boy... she turned out gorgeous Brother and looks great in the sun. Another job well done. I would hate to go up against this one, it will clean up at the shows. -
Tim... thank you for the reply, it's much appreciated. You know I now regret not ordering all of the tools from Scale Hardware way back when he had wrenches for the .5mm bolts. I did talk to Bob back in the day and I know he had trouble with those turning out ok and I believe stopped making/carrying them because if that. So that made me think drawing one up and seeing if it will 3D print. I will also see if it can be printed in any metal materials as well. I am also thinking of asking one of my coworkers how small he can EDM parts with a sinker EDM and see if he could maybe EDM me a couple of parts. I will keep you posted. Keep up the great work on this awesome build.
-
Tim... outstanding work my friend. All of these little details keep adding up making thiamine incredible build. Simply amazing my friend. Hey do you have a wrench for your .5mm/.6 mm/.8mm bolts by chance?? I have been thinking about trying to make some and even for giggle maybe 3D printing some. I need a better at than just trying to use tweezers.
-
Lee.. so glad to see you starting this build. Going to be good one. Let me know of you want me to send you an injector hat from my Prudhomme kit.i would be more than happy too.
