Very Cool Build!! Looking good

Shane... Yes he does and as Mike mentioned the quality is just great in these engines. Probably one of the best that I have seen. Mike... thanks for getting me hooked up with Mark. I am definitely going to buy a few other 1/16th scale engines from him. Richard... the wire came with the kit already in place. besided the wire for the pulley, there are wires in the block, 2 on each side to line up the heads on the block. The craftmanship is just gorgeous with this engine. Brad... You won't be disappointed at all if you decide to pick one of these up. Gabriel... Steve... Very nice start on this man!! It is looking great. I love Front Engine Dragsters. I have a build of one of these 1/16th scale kits going myself. It was actually started 14 years ago and started back at it earlier this year, my plan is to finish it by the end of the year. You may have to search a page or 2 to find it since I haven't updated it in a while since I have been focusing more on my 1/16th scale funny car build. Anyway I look forward to seeing more progress of it and can't wait to see pics.

Derrick... Thanks man!! Well I haven't even touched this build like I was wanting this week. Since I have been back from my trip I have been sick and fighting a stupid cold and just sleeping and resting when I haven't been at work. Anyway not much new other than I did receive my Mark Johnson 426 "Elephant" Hemi in the mail today. This is a very nice resin kit and I am very impressed with it. Can't wait to start working on it. I have been itching so bad to work on this, Hopefully I will this weekend. Anyway wanted to show the engine.... Mark Johnson's 426 "Elephant" Hemi resin engine:

Hey Jeff, Thanks Brother! I really appreciate your kind words. I am glad you are able to take away some things and learn from it. I just want to be able to help others as I have learned from peolpe here. I will keep posting pics on this build like I have. That is awesome you have a funny car planned to build after your P/M bodies. Looking forward to seeing it and also them done. You have got some skills when it comes to cutting up and modding a body. Love following your threads. Can't wait to see when you start the chassis and rest of the car as well. Sorry I haven't posted much on this since the middle of last week. I was actually out of town in California visiting family and just got back home last night. So hopefully I will be able to sit down and do a little more building tonight and will have some more pics and updates for you guys tonight or tomorrow. This week I will be receiving my Resin 426 "Elephant" Hemi from Mark Johnson and will be able to start diving into the build of the engine on this one. Trust me there is alot more to come on this build. Thanks for being patient with me and will have more updates for you soon.

I think this is a great thread with seeing input from everyone with what we all would like to see. I personally would like to see more 1/16th scale aftermarket item... With it being photo-etch, turned aluminum or resin.
