  2. Oh yeah! Awesome!!
  3. Happy New Year all!! Thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate the thumbs-up...really helps with my motivation. Don, I'm checking with castors now to see what we can do....would be the first I've had popped, can't wait! Joe, I'm gonna guess I'm around 50 hours of build time on this one so far. I estimate another 20 hours to zip it up, hopefully. Couple updates...front window was reshaped from stock unit and now fits on the body almost perfectly, spent the whole weekend on this. I made a wedge cut down the center of the hood to pull the bulge down. Then, I had to build up the hood surface that meets the bottom of the front window. Currently, she has a fresh coat of primer waiting for some more work. I have really enjoyed the window treatments so far, still have more to go but making good progress. Last picture is a comparison between now and two weeks ago, huge difference! Thanks for looking, till next time!
  4. Hi Joe, that chassis work is just plain "outta this world". This is outstanding buddy.
  5. WOW Chris....amazing thru and thru, cannot wait to see this finished.
  6. Looking great Niko....makes me want to work on an old stocker. I always loved this car, your doing great with it.
  7. Hi all...thought I would share where I try to do most of my damage, love this post.
  8. This is a very nice build Roger, congrats!!!
  9. You should be proud! BTW....my fav pic is the side shot with the nose and doors off on pg 18, one of the sweetest shots ever on any of your rides! ps...i got a stock 55 body that I'm thinking about turning into a pm, my design. I know your doing a Charles C. 55.....good luck on that too!
  10. Amazing work Steve....wish I could get this far on one of ??? I have going!
  11. Pure eye candy my friend....you do such awesome work!
  12. Tyrone, this is beautiful!
  13. Thanks Darryl, love your rides btw. Couple more updates....reshaped front and rear fender wells, added cutouts on nose for fog lights and air opening, similar to stock with more filling to do to reduce depth...made support for rear window and shaped stock rear window to fit, added cutout to rear fascia for wheelie bars and did some flaring on the nose and frt fenderwell to simulate how these bodies are molded. Also, the stock headlights have been added, will do some filling there to make them look molded in. Hope to make more progress this weekend. Thanks for looking....till next time!
  14. Thanks for the comments....feels good to be working on this again! Update of today's work. Not a lot of shaping, but very necessary prep work today. 1 - Reshaped rear wheelwell opening 2 - Threw some putty on the gaps and holes. 3 - Smoothed putty and primered black. I use the black as a filler that reduces ghosting and swirling before switching back to grey. 4 - Wet-sanded the black smooth then applied new primer grey coat. The body is pretty slick now, still more sanding to go. Next....More wheelwell work, adding flares to bottom and fender wells, scratch a rear spoiler and window treatment. Thanks for looking.
  15. Hi everyone....been a long while since I even looked at the bench. I've been checking in looking at everyone's art from time to time, and outstanding, love it all. I finally sat down at the bench a couple days ago and picked up the (now) old Dodge, guess I'll need to reshape a little for the 2012 or 2013 model year. Anyways, been able to do a little to this one, think its been a year since I touched it last. Changes - I've trimmed 1.5mm off the bottom (sides and nose) to bring the whole body closer to the ground. I added some pretty noticeable arc to the rear quarters and started the rear bumper area, if you look close enough, it resembles a Duster or a nascar rear bumper. I'll change that to bring in the look it needs hopefully. I've also done some more smoothing and filling. Thanks for looking and till next time....cheers!
  16. Hello All.... I must be twisted....I'm back to the Camaro again, could not let it go. Many more mods have been made, quite different than when it was a Camaro 1st go-around and completely different that where it was heading as a T/A. Hope you enjoy and hope I can stay on track to make this one bad, bad 2012 Camaro PM master. Thanks.
  17. Looking great Wayne...keep it up, loving it already!
  18. Rom, I don't think I skipped any weeks checking on your progress with this beast. I enjoyed it all and the build is just great in every aspect; from top to bottom, from side to side and front to back....I think that covers all known dimensions. I have certainly learned a trick or two along the way and I hope to use someday. I know you must be so proud of this artwork, I'm proud for you! Awesome, awesome work pal....can't wait to see your next project!
  19. Wow Rom, incredible paint man, just incredible. Some of the coolest graphics I've seen!!
  20. Chris, been awhile since I checked in, super-glad I did. You are one awesome fabricator, simple awesome!
  21. Tyrone...WOW, WOW, WOW. To coin one of your phrases, "Off the Chain!!!" That right there is beautiful
  22. Hi Jack, you are doing a great job on this one...look fwd to more
  23. Great write up Rom....P/M is my fav and Pro Stock is my second. I love any car from mild-to-wild. There's just something about the bodies....stretched, wedged, channeled, curved, chopped, etc...all the things that make the bodies look like they do, still somewhat recognizable but heavily altered. From the amazing horsepower to the ultra-cool chassis' to the wild paint, this class brings a mixture of all.
  24. Good start Brett, like the figures....I need to try a rail build one of these days
  25. Rom, serious detail man....very cool. Keep it up!!!
