    A homeowner's association is the reason why I hope NEVER to downsize and have people tell me what to do. If I can't do the maintenance around here, I'll hire someone.

    Oh, I'm sure that a lot of professional sports players and teams do cheat, but it only counts if they get caught like the Patriots did.

    Back in the 60's we found out about new kits from our local hobby shop, model car mags, and catalogs like Auto World, and it worked just fine back then.

    I've seen one or two in 1:1 scale, and I would like to see a model company produce a plastic kit of a stock Willys in 125th scale.

    I just found a nice set of redlines in my Johan USA Oldies '70 Olds 442 kit, hmmmmmm.

    I also use the M.A.D. distributors and magnetos. I used to use Preston's.

    That is "drop-dead gorgeous" and I just love dem Mopars!

    Having previously owning a few cats, it seems as though they're pretty much at the "end of the line in their mid teens. However our first one died at a very early age. It's very hard to have a pet "put down" but when there's not much hope, it's pretty much the only thing one can do for their pets.

    Real nice job on that Willys. That so called "push bar" really is a tube to be filled with ballast to add weight to the rear end of the car. Gassers were street legal and had to have a starter. They did not allow push starts like on the early dragsters of the 50's & 60's.

    Interesting build you have there, and if it were mine I'd just dust it off and put it in a display case. There are plenty of Merc kits out there for you to build.

    That's good to hear, and I hope that things go fairly smooth for Don and Carol as it's gonna take time to get over their loss. How much time, varies as it's different for everybody. May God bless them, as I've met and dealt with them a few times and they seem like really good people.
