  1. I just saw the NEW Mustang Model Book from Bill Coulter, and it is REALLY a great book to have for anyone who is a fan of Mustangs and builds Mustang model kits. Check it out!
  2. Welcome to the forum as this is a great place to be.
  3. I've been lookin' at some plane kits lately, even though I bought one earlier this year and haven't started on it as yet. I refuse to "stockpile" airplane kits like the model car kits I have in my stash.
  4. Lookin' real good Gerry and hopefully I'll see it at the GTR NNL. That Hemi Dart is also one of my current projects, and I'll be buildin' mine as the Gratiot Auto Supply Dart.
  5. I'd like to gain 'bout ten pounds and wish I could help you out. Guess I'll just have to "load up" on the chow when I go to Portillo's for lunch tomorrow.
  6. You should probably call or write to Revell of Germany and tell them that. Telling us is not goin' to fix the problem.
  7. Nice job on the "Badman" kit.
  8. I too had a good "car related" weekend as I went with a buddy to our model car club meeting on Friday night. On Saturday I attended an "Open House" event put on by a local performance restoration shop. And yesterday I hooked up with my buddy and his son and we cruised in our rides to a car & bike show located at a Hooters Restaurant.
  9. Maybe a friend can spare you some garage space???
  10. I can see already that Satellite is gonna need more "motor."
  11. I noticed that they carry the Tamiya paint stands at Hobby Lobby, so don't forget your 40% off coupon.
  12. Just put a new tie on it when you're done, simple.
  13. It was a good meeting tonight as always and well worth the ride. Lots of great people in that club.
  14. Don't forget guys, the club meeting on Friday (May 1st) where we'll be discussing our recent Milwaukee NNL 23. It should be a great meeting as always.
  15. What pleased me today is that I ran the snow-thrower out of gas, drained the fuel bowl and put it in the shed to give me more room in the garage. I also hosed the salt off the garage floor as well. C'mon warm weather! I'll be draggin' the grill out and cleanin' it real soon. so I can start cookin' outside.
  16. In 1963 it was released as a dealer promotional and then released again in 1965 as the Tall T/Roadster Coupe "Phone Booth" Double kit.
  17. WHO would want to sit behind a table all day? And if a person brought 3 or 4 rare kits to sell, could they TRUST the person at the consignment table?
  18. I use 3M brand tan masking tape and never have any residue. Sure there's other brands of tape that others "rave" about, but this brand has worked for me for years.
  19. Hopefully, not 'til I finish ALL my other unbuilt model kits.
  20. That garage/backdrop came out lookin' real good Blair, an excellent job!
  21. Nice job on the boats as there were several at the Milwaukee NNL a couple of weeks ago. I had built one in the early 80's and have been thinkin' 'bout buildin' another boat kit soon as I have a few in my stash.
  22. Very nice build on that Charger Ken, and I just love dem Mopars!
