  1. Just wanted to throw this out there. The big announcement from Round 2; is it something that will be jaw dropping and we'll be doing back flips over? Maybe someone here in the know will tell us without exposing what the subject is.
  2. The Duplicolor primer is very good. Been using that primer since 96. I've sprayed Imron, Centari, PPG and Duplicolor laquer paints over the Duplicolor primer base numerous times. All good results. Just my opinion, I think this primer is much better than Tamiya, Testors, etc primers.
  3. Would love to see Round 2 release the MPC 67 Bonneville and the AMT 67 Ford Galaxie.
  4. Maybe this is on the way. Round 2 is supposed to make an announcement soon on something they are working on.
  5. It could be or it could be the Un Real Edsel. That was in the same series of Street Freak kits that the Cutlass Streaker kit was in. But , I hope your right about the Streaker.
  6. I beleive Round is starting to get on a roll in doing updated kits of subjects we have not seen in years. I bet that Round 2 sees the potential for profits by doing this or they would not be doing it. The Craftsman 63 Chevy 2 wagon kits and the 64 Cutlass kits are just a couple that is starting this trend. Now there is the technology of 3d printing and prototyping that are bringing these subjects to light. Lot's of great subjects can finally be released again. So, what could be next?
  7. I saw that too. Looks like a Lola GT in the 1st and 2nd boxes and the 3rd on the right maybe an Indy car. Could be a teaser. Maybe one of those subjects will be the big announcement.
  8. The Cyclone has custom and racing parts. The Shelby team built as the racing version.
  9. Two more possibilities that could be announced.
  10. Love the colors on this Bronco. Once the release hits, sales I bet will be very good.
  11. Is this the kit that Round 2 was going to announce? Everyone on the "Rumours" thread was taking guesses as to what could possible be announced. Looks like this was the big announcement.
  12. Despite the fact Salvino's does developement and manufacturing in the U.S., resulting in higher MSRP of their kits, they are doing very well. I bet Round 2 and others see this and could be debating to do the same thing sometime in the future.
  13. Ok. We give up. What will be the kit to be announced?
  14. Not stock, but maybe another possible subject to be announced. AMT 66 Mercury Cyclone drag car.
  15. Any hint as to where you read about the release?
  16. Here is a link to the 68 Superbee show circuit car. http://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2017/02/convertible-super-bee-with-yellow.html
  17. Not factory stock. Could it be the 1968 Hemi Under Glass Barracuda?
  18. Someone stated the possibility of the Mission Impossible Coronet being he subject being announced. Would the 68 Coronet convertible kit have the correct parts to do the MIP Coronet. At least the 68 body would be correct .
  19. I agree. So much speculation going on. One thing for sure, we'll know what it is when the announcement is made. Time will tell and we will see how accurate our guesses were.
  20. I have a gut feeling it's going to be either the 71 Dodge Demon or the 67 Ford Galaxie.
  21. Now that we have the upcoming release of the MPC 68 Coronet convertible kit; anyone here going to try to do a 68 Coronet convertible custom that was on the old Mission Impossible show?
  22. I thought it was strange as well. I was hoping to read his comments on the upcoming MPC 68 Coronet convertible kit release.
  23. It's a little disappointing reading this. Seems to be more of a kit that enables a builder to construct a day two 57 Chevy.
  24. Those hubcaps on this kit are not the same. If you put them next to each other, they are different.
