Built this awhile back, a fun kit to build. The kit. Lowered with aftermarket wheels, Other than that, its oob.

Always enjoy seeing people experiment with tape and paint, colours chosen work well together.

Another super clean build from you mate. No doubt about it, you sure know how to apply the Tamiya metallic's.

As always a clean build, super nice paint job and you did an excellent job applying those decals.

Excellent knowing how you build, they will be just as crisp as this build.

The work so far on the bike is off the chain, going to be another amazing creation that's going to blow everyone's minds when complete.

Aoshima , Fujimi and a few other manufacturers produce over fender sets. Maybe look into some of them as it could be possible to adapt/modify them suit to your build. Just punch in 1/24 over fender set into a search engine and go from there.

Looking the part so far mate. Interested to see the next update on how you did the interior. Ive been on a bit of a Nissan binge lately, such cool cars and some super nice kits out there.

Having only recently got into stanced cars in scale, I will be another to follow this build with great interest. Great detail work so far, look forward to watching the progression. USCP wheels get my vote.

As many have already mentioned and il be another to say it again, very clean build mate well done. The colours, wheels and the style you chose to build it, suit that year Vette very well imo.

Hope this answers your question Bill. I had answered the same question in an old under glass build, but rather than link il just show it here. To achieve the water shots, I use this location in my back yard. It has changed a bit since pics below were taken, a new tank base also provided a new background as seen in pics above of the Skyline. Basically just hose down the entire area and find a spot were a shallow puddle has formed, place model car and camera down and move both around until you find that perfect shot that gives a full reflection of the car. The undercarriage can and will get wet. So if thats an issue, I dont recommend trying to get reflective water shots. The car and camera set up in position. Pic from above after taken and cropped.
