  3. Subbed and looking forward to updates! Later, Lee
  4. Why do you say that? These racers and crew chiefs know the dangers. It looked like a blower explosion after a valve dropped, not much to be done about that if you are running a 10,000 HP engine on nitro. Later, Lee
  5. OK, I am really late to this party. Mr. T., that is one fine machine! Yet another WIP to study for my Hawaiian build. I know I will use the chassis color, that is top shelf. Later, Lee
  6. I LIKE IT! Loved the Satellite bodied funnies. Watching the digger build. Later, Lee
  7. I'll take the Starliner please! Later, Lee
  8. Outstanding! Very cool build. Good luck at the contest. Later, Lee
  9. Well Tim, I have gotten to page 49 of 49, and just had to chime in. I am getting back into the hobby thanks to this forum and Chris's Vega build. Your attention to detail is addictive, your explanations complete and your work is just mind boggling. I learn more and more each time I visit. I will continue to strive to be a better modeler, but getting to the standards that you, Chris, John T. and others display will be my challenge. Everyone is very helpful and open here, and even basic questions are answered truthfully and without being condescending, for that I am grateful. Later, Lee
  10. Wow, looks good from last year, any more progress? Later, Lee
  11. Keep moving forward Chris, looking good! Later, Lee
  12. Looking great Nicky, outstanding decal work. I am starting back into the hobby on 1:16 Funny Car, but will attack my 1:12 312T next. I plan to do a Reggazoni version of the 312T and a Lauda version of 312T2.
  13. Well, got some bench time yesterday, more body prep and chassis glue up. Rear end splayed out so much that it will not hold the rear body panel, so that needs fixing. Also de-chromed some parts, really surprised when I saw the plastic is almost translucent Later, Lee
  14. OK, found a work around as the file is too big to email. Enjoy! Later, Lee
  15. I have a 3 minute video clip of these cars at SAR. Too big to post, but pm me and I will email it. Later, Lee
  16. Looks great Mr T. I saw both of the jet cars at San Antonio Raceway last year, too bad they are no more☹️☹️
  17. Subbed, looking forward to this! Later, Lee
  18. Hey Chris, any more progress on this? Also, I pm'd you a question. Later, Lee
  19. I thought they were aftermarket wheels. Great job on them! Later, Lee
  20. Thanks Jeff, that is the intention. I built quite a lot from the time I was twelve until I joined the Navy. Then, well, life happened. I have learned a lot from this forum and I want to improve my skills and have fun. Later, Lee
  21. Very Nice! Could you please tell me where you sourced the wheels and tires? Later, Lee
  22. Casey, My plan is to mold and mask the front bumpers. Thanks for looking! Later, Lee
  23. Thanks Robert, just the simple act of cleaning mold lines and ejector pin marks felt good. Later, Lee
