  1. Cut up the steering box from the new 29 kit, mounted it to a reinforcement plate on the firewall. Tight fit, and probably something I should have thought about earlier. But it's done.

  3. Got the interior buttoned up always hard to get finished pics, but here it is in there.
  4. It's officially a 60s show rod again..
  5. Man it doesn't look like it, but made some serious progress today. I'm gonna cut it close for sure. First I got the chassis assembled for good. Made a simple inner door structure painted the dash and started to detail the engine.
  6. The front is coming together nicely. also got the rear wheels and tires painted and assembled

  8. not sure about that, still have a lot to do, but I'm sure trying. got the wheels and tires ready to go on the front. Also got the rear axle ready to go, hopefully tomorrow I can get the chassis together and work on detailing.

  10. Thanks guys, got the frame and engine painted, got the main parts of the engine assembled and an little bit of weathering on it.
  11. Well a week left, a bit discouraged on the timeline but I'm pressing through. braced that suicide mount and mounted headlights. shot some primer on the main bits, hopefully cleanup is minimal and I can start painting soon

  18. you'd have to see the power you can get from those. I think you would be surprised
  19. I pin everything I can, otherwise I use a water based satin clear

  21. Not sure how I missed this post, once my house quits breaking I'll have to get one of those cutters, I'll leave then printer for you though.
