  1. Use the roof on these? Heck I bet it would work given how close this is
  2. They had this at NNL east. Looks VERY good in its present form and it is obvious they were going for a hot rod version, not a stock model a. Some notes worth mentioning. -there is 8 nubs on the distributer, I verified with my own eyes. -the body is 2 pieces and the fitment is very good, which leads me to believe there could be other variants coming. (Maybe a stock height roof with a standard insert) -the SBC looks amazing, some might not be happy, but it's appropriate and the speed parts are worth the price of admission (my opinion) it was a very good looking piece in person, and I know I'll be ordering quite a few as soon as they are out!
  3. A pair of spoons could make pretty neat front fender pods.. Eric gave me that idea so I'm not claiming it
  4. Really good outline of a lot of well thought out work. I love this stage of the build, the part that unfortunately no one notices unless you do it wrong. Looks like you are hitting the nail on the head to me!
  5. thank you, means a lot from someone with the attention to detail such as yourself. thanks! I'm pretty happy with it! yeah, it took a while to get them right, but it was worth it
  6. So last night I decided I didn't like how the interior fit and I started over. I'm glad I did. Worked on that in between cleaning up the cab a bit. Started with one piece for the floor to make sure the fit was good and built the tunnel off that. Then I went back and carved out the bottom.
  7. I then proceeded to make a bunch of plastic scraps
  8. Thanks guys, got a bit done today, tank mounting plate and more progress on the interior pan

  19. I like the brighter color for sure
  20. I really enjoy this build, you have helped me understand machining these tiny parts by sharing your pictures. More so than hours of research elsewhere online. Truly an inspirational build in the most literal sense. Thank you for sharing and keep going!
