  1. I tried quitting over the summer. Stopped cold turkey after fifteen yrs smoken. I lasted a month and three days and went and got a pack of smokes. Haven't stopped smoking yet. I know its not good for me but man I wanted to kill everything around me too. I was eating everything I could get my hands on and never satisfied. I couldn't find any enjoyment out of anything either. Just peest off all the time! The day I started back up I was three days into my vacation for crying out loud. I was told it would get easier. Didn't see that happening. I was also told by people that had stopped for twenty years and went back cause the craving had never gone away. I'm thinking of trying the e-cig. I know a handful of people that went to them and heard a lot of the same.
  2. I was wondering what ever happened to these. Good to see them back on the bench. Look forward to more.
  3. This is coming along very nicely. Great work so far.
  4. That's awesome! Great job!!
  5. I just saw this thread myself, hilarious movie! What a great subject to build a model to. Your doing a fantastic job on it. Best of luck with the rest!!
  6. Another nice clean build brother! You executed it nicely.
  7. Neat! That color is something else. Very lively with those decals.
  8. This is coming along very nice. I love what your doing with this project. Keep up the great work and good luck with the rest of the build!
  9. She said I'd go blind.......... been proving her wrong ever since
  10. The way it looks now NY is gona get smacked pretty hard. I'm down here in Maryland and we're already getting flooding, power outages, wind with trees down, and Ocean City is under water. They have also closed most major bridges. I got water in my basement last year from Irene and almost took me six months to rebuild. My model room and two bedrooms are in the basement. Keeping a close eye on things with this storm. Hopefully power stays on. Wishing everyone else the best.
  11. Very nice, very nice.
  12. I like it man! Nice job on a cool truck.
  13. This is just an outrage! Your out doing yourself time and time again. Just sick man! Will this build be making a showing at the next MAMA meeting? I'd love to see it in person! I can see it now.... I'll bet after you were done with that interior you jumped up out of your chair and did some sort of victory dance didn't you!?!?! Haha!! Beautiful bro!
  14. I'm no expert but it looks like a solid job to me so far. The biggest thing now is gona be to just take your time and work the plastic to smooth everything out and make it flow. Good job so far and best of luck!!!
  15. I love the paint finish and wheel choice. Nice truck!
  16. Very nice clean build with nice execution. Great job.
  17. Looking good brother. That's a great product for decaling any car for that matter! Look forward to the progress.
  18. Very nice Jim. This is one of my favorite cars. I like the wheel choice and blue wires under the hood. Good job!
  19. Nice re-do on this one. The chassis is my favorite part. Great job. Do you have any pics of the "before"?
  20. Nice build on this one Kevin. Hope to see it in person here soon.
  21. This is correct. Earnhardt went into the black Goodwrench car in '88 with the silver 3's. From '89 on he ran the white 3's. The box may say '86 but that maybe some licensing date or such. Also too, the decals that come with the kit are not correct. Mike's Decals sells the correct sheet and they are beautiful. I'm building this same car right now. Just a little more info for ya. Happy building
  22. Looking good Jared. Your brave running the separation line through the door handle like that. I would have chickened out and did it different. Great work so far. Keep it up!
  23. Looking good bro! I like the interior color and hood prop. Nice touch!
  24. Beautiful truck Chris! Great job. Could you tell us a little about it? PS, give the dog some water. He looks parched
  25. Thanks everybody for the complements! It looks pretty good up on the shelf. I agree Danno, while it would have been a cool thing to put that 427 in there its just not suited with the style of this build. Although, now that I have a half finished 427 I'll be looking for a victim to throw it in. Thanks again guys!!
