  1. I always loved that car, wish there was a modern build kit of it... Jeff
  2. Nobody owns the rights to a Crown Vic kit but Ford. If a manufacturer wants to make one, they pay Ford first, so Motormax making them in diecast has no effect. I agree with everyone that Revell's choice of using the 95-97' CV, which Lindberg did incredibly well, is a poor one. The 98-11' CV was one of the longest running body styles ever, and still nada in plastic....so far, it just seems a really bad idea, they'd have been better off tooling up a new body style Charger for a police car toy model, I'm sure it would sell incredibly.... Jeff
  3. There are still plenty of gaps in the late 60's to early 70's Mopar stable, hopefully they will get filled.... Jeff
  4. I'm pretty new, and I don't think that way at all. I'm glad I found this place, honestly. I value the opinions here, as well as the wealth of knowledge. Sure, like every forum, there will ALWAYS be dissenters on any subject, but until they outweigh everyone else, the forum thrives, and this place thrives! If it ain't broke.... Jeff
  5. I know we have most of the years covered well for the ol Charger, even MPC covered the 70' really nicely, but those few kits that survive are so expensive, very few can afford them. Has anyone heard any rumors on a new 1970, or am I gonna have to get old(er) waiting to afford one? I just think a 1970 kit presents the greatest chance for using some great paint colors.... Thanks. Jeff
  6. Too bad Round 2 can't magically find/repair/revitalize the Johan line in the same way. It would be nice to think some molds have survived enough....I know some did, except the ones I really want... Jeff
  7. Awesome! Check out my avatar...I have that exact project on the books...I think mine will be an 88 though... Jeff
  8. Looks great, now I gotta go buy the kit! Jeff
  9. That's just cool, congrats! Jeff
  10. Beautiful! I really love the color and detail work! Jeff
  11. Too bad Revell's not there, esp. with Schaumburg being a stones throw from Elk Grove....I'm debating even going...thanks for the info. Jeff
  12. If I go on Saturday, will Revell have their new 2015 stuff at their booth? Jeff
  13. Awesome rebuild! Jeff
  14. Maybe this will work, I've bought his stuff before, pretty good... www.CustomSquads.com Jeff
  15. I really like it! Jeff
  16. Looks great! I'd love to convert one into a CHP Enforcer oneday.... Jeff
  17. Sorry to be lazy, but does it come with both hoods? The shaker and the RT? I just haven't seen one yet, thanks... Jeff
  18. My favorite year Camaro's, 91-92, you nailed em! I liked the Hawaiian Orchid color myself, I may have to find one to buy at the next swap meet... Jeff
  19. I love it, great job! Jeff
  20. Definitely a nice color, good job! Jeff
  21. If the CV is as nice as the 15' Mustang is, I'll buy a couple. As a police officer, the 95-97 CV's were a helluva lot funner to drive than the piggish 98-11's anyway.... Jeff
  22. Nice review Tim, thanks, I gotta grab me a couple! Jeff
  23. Nice, all of em! Jeff
  24. And a set of steelies to go with the AAR parts...never can have enough.... Jeff
  25. I knew I could find an exception....guess it was a test mule, was not a B4C, looks like your year kit too, maybe 85/86....www.sspmustang.org/forums/showthread.php?t=14703 Jeff
