Pretty cool!!!! Great job!!!! -
Was not today but last week at the NNL West. Art Laski has great products at his booth. Bought a bunch of items that I needed and didn’t need. Oh it was funny as I’m not a good airplane builder but bought a 1/24 trumpeter me109 at the NNL West.

So far. Could have made the color a little darker but I’m going to leave it. Future the windows and going to paint the hood flat black. Quick and fun

Cobra man this is my first one. Pretty fun projects. 89AKurt , this was a gift from a friend. I did not know tamiya even made a model of one. Thanks for informing me. I will try to find one. Here is a pic of the stripped body. The hot wheels car has a rear engine with the flair kit. It’s not going to be exact but if I get it close , it will have to do.

1985 crx si hot wheels car, trying to make it as close to my car as possible. Wheels and interior are done. Stripped the paint off the body. Going to prime and paint it as close to my car as I can. Hope you like.

Thank you Chris for posting the pics! It was a great pleasure to meet you and your son! It was a great show, with great people ! The cars were great builds. A lot of talent out there. Vendors were great also. Thank you Art Laski for the great products! The aftermarket parts you sell are the best. ( your ford truck was soooo cool!!!! ) Talk to you soon Chris . Thanks again.

Hello gentlemen. The changes are mostly cosmetic. Get rid of the chrome valve covers. In the Allison kit the wiring on the inside of the heads interfer with the blower intakes Etc. Too much chrome and in the kit the whole thing is chromed. Going to make a transfer case. I am going to try to make it four wheel drive. Going to use some of the pieces of the drive train from the amt kit of Tommy Ivos freight train, And just adapting and changing as I go. -

Thank you scalepeter, Thank you bobthehobbyguy, Thank you Rusty92. Well after showing my friend Brian the Allison (he rebuilds aircraft motors for the Reno air race guys) told me to change some things. So the engine is apart and rebuilding a few things. Here is a example of what he does. He does working cutaways of aircraft engines also. I took a pic of the motor in his Torino. Hope you like. -
Hello bisc63. The Allison came from a amt parts pack. I have no idea when this came out. Looks like the 60s because it came with a movie camera , camera lights, a hot rod frame and a Allison v12 aircraft engine. Picked it up several years ago at the NNL West swap meet. The Allison is not completed . And I’ll have to change the headers. Might be really uncomfortable
