  1. Thank you Kah puts. I really did not know if that color would work. Thought it might be outdated. But it works somehow.
  2. Thank you Ray. I liked the build. It went very smooth. Great kit. Might have to build another lead sled sometime.
  3. Mike there was a lot of really cool mopars. Some more for you.
  4. Thank you Ray. A lot of stock stuff. Or restored to original. There were over 5000 cars this year.
  5. Back on the Ferrari. Refitting things and getting reacquainted with the build. Model factory hiro kits need sooooo much attention it’s crazy. My fellow modeler , Phil, says they are time suckers. He is right. The hood opens and closes nicely but the rear deck lid is a real pain. Seems no matter what I do the deck lid hits the body when I open it. So I think I may have a solution that I am copying on a 1/8 build. Here we go……..
  6. Thank you espo. Very hard to see the work in the interior. Very fun build.
  7. Won this at our local club raffle. Not into customs but I thought I would give it a try. Revell 49 merc. Put a 2007 GT 500 supercharged engine with a 6 speed transmission. And the GT500 rear end. Had to modify the rear wheel house and frame to fit the rear tires and wheels. Put a mystic cobra paint job on her and here she is.
  8. Finished! From mock-up to finished.
  9. For several years we have been working on this 1967 camaro RS. Just about finished. But finished enough to Cruze at Hot August Nights. When it came to the bodywork and paint , Todd’s project Camaro came to a hault. He contacted me, and I assembled a team of guys to complete the project. We had a blast. It’s the black Camaro in the pics. We went cruzing yesterday and had a blast. Saw guys I have not seen in years. Met RJ Gottlieb the owner of BIG RED. 1969 Camaro that has many records. Like the Texas mile at 251 miles per hour. Great guy. Best day I have had in a long time. Here are some pics of the cars.
  10. Thank you mustang 89, your 94 sounds pretty cool to me. I have a friend who has a 90, and we’re going to do some mods on his. He has the standard small block but his truck is really clean with only a few miles on it. The C1500 is a very cool truck . You can do a lot with it.
  11. Very , Very NICE. Great color choice! and great build.
  12. Slowly adding little things as the paint dries. Installed the park lights and rear tail lamps. Air intake. Be adding license plate, mirrors and wipers this weekend. Oh and making a fuel cell as I cut out the gas tank when I modified the frame for the bigger wheels and tires. anyone remember “blue dots?”
  13. Thank you Street Rod. This is actually my first custom. Had a idea of how I would want one built and here it is. A cool looking ride with a little horsepower and reliable. I did not know if the old would go with the new, but it seemed to work.
  14. Thank you mrm
  15. Thank you Jantrix

  18. Added the sidepipes. I was wondering if it would work, I like it.
  19. Thank you FLHCAHZ
  20. Lights, bumpers installed. Painting the wipers and mirror black. Sidepipes are black also. Falling into place.
  21. Well here it is so far. Chassis mounted to the body. Still have to put a few suspension things. Bumpers and mirrors, and it’s complete. Oh I’m adding sidepipes. Will be finished this weekend. Maybe. Hot August Nights here in Reno. I am invited from a friend to attend the shows. Arranged the bodywork and paint on this car. It’s been several years but it’s getting there. Has been entered for cruzing.
  22. I believe this is the best combination of color in a late Shelby mustang. Classy GT
