  1. Very nice looking '55 Bel Air, Asmir. I recently built this kit, and I had a heck of a time with the fit, if I remember correctly.
  2. Thanks, guys. Keith, I used yellow Sharpie on the rear of the lights.
  3. Thanks, Howard.
  4. Thanks, Chris.
  5. While I'm not a big fan of drag racing, I saw hpiguy's video on this kit; and I thought I would give it a go. The model went together quite well, and any short comings are purely due to me and my skill level (or lack there of). Exterior colors are Tamiya Blue TS-15 & Tamiya Pure White TS-26; interior colors & engine bay are Rustolium Semi-Gloss White & Tamiya Medium Blue XF-18; engine is Testors Model Master Ford Blue. I got the idea for the yellow lights & red brakes from hpiguy. Enjoy!
  6. Great looking gasser. Well done.
  7. Looks good to me. Welcome to the Wonderful World of AMT Trucks!
  8. Great looking Transtar logger. Looks like it's sitting at the International lot waiting to be picked up & put to work.
  9. Thanks, Jim. I really appreciate you painting this one for me. I know we had some issues, but I'm glad it's done. On my inspiration 1:1 it had painted tanks, and I liked the look. Something different. The inspiration 1:1 didn't have the air deflector, though. I added that because I liked the look. I agree with you about the red plastic: it's horrible!
  10. Nice colors. I like the stripes. Hermann, good tip about the tape.
  11. Nice looking Charger.
  12. Great looking old Seagraves, Charlie.
  13. Thanks, Rick; but I can't take all the credit. The painting & striping was done by drinkone2.
  14. Loos awesome, Graham. Very well done.
  15. Great looking combination. Very well done.
  16. I remember this one. Excellent job, Graham.
  17. I built this kit back in 2007, and I don't remember if being that much if a dog. Yes, the tires leave a lot to be desired, but I thought the fit was pretty good. Granted, it was 13 years ago. I'm pretty sure it was the Revell USA reissue that came out around that time.
  18. That's awesome. Great detailing on the Phantom; very well done. I bet that takes up some shelf space.
