  1. Thanks, Bob.
  2. Nice looking Charger.
  3. Thanks, David.
  4. Very nice!
  5. Thanks, Lee.
  6. Thanks, Michael. The paint is Testors Spray Enamel Gloss Competition Orange (P/N 1628). The engine is Testors Model Master Lacquer System Hemi Orange (P/N 28107).
  7. So one of my favorite shows growing up was The Dukes of Hazzard, and I knew that I eventually wanted to build a replica of the "General Lee". I originally purchased the MPC The Dukes of Hazzard "General Lee" Dodge Charger kit, but it lacked detail, and I eventually converted the Revell 1969 Dodge Charger RT into the "General Lee". It's not perfect, but since they used about 300 cars during the production of the show, I figure it must be close to one of them! The engine, frame, suspension, & interior come from the Revell 1969 Charger RT kit; the body is from the Revell 1968 Charger RT kit; the decals, wheels, and push bar are from the MPC "General Lee" kit; B/F Goodrich tires are from a fellow modeler; CB radio from the parts box; CB antenna was scratch built; and the Hazzard County plates are from the Internet.
  8. Ok, I guess we do this the long way.
  9. Well, that didn't work.
  10. Very well done. Great details.
  11. Same here. Tried to start a new topic, but got the 404 error message. I've tried different browsers (IE Edge, Chrome) with the same results.
  12. Not to get completely off the subject, but I wonder of Round2 will ever release the AMT 1/32 & 1/43 trucks. They seem to sell pretty well at local shows.
  13. That's too bad. It was a good reference site. A Black Hole of Time to be sure, but a good reference site none the less.
  14. Driven by Lockport on the Throughway many a time. Grew up down in Miami; no family there, though.
  15. Pretty cool.
  16. Interesting truck. If ICM ever makes this (and I'm not saying they will), they'll keep in 1/35 because that's where the money is. They haven't released the Liberty trucks in 1/24, and I'm pretty sure they have no intention to. Would be nice if they did, though. It would compliment there 1/24 Model T & Paris Taxi they offer.
  17. Nice job. Rigging biplanes has intimidated me, but yours looks well done.
