The recent issue Revell "32 Ford 5 window coupe" does have one.

Here is the exact conversion you are talking about. Bronco axle on F250 chassis. I had to alter the crossmember and add the mounts for the double shocks. This is for a F150. Here is the complete chassis showing the transfer case. This transmission and transfer case are from the LIndberg F150 Off Road 4x4. I also have a Nikon Coolpix, but I don't use the Nikon software. I plug in the USB cord, turn on the camera, and it opens Windows Camera and Scanner Wizard automatically.

The closest thing I can think of are the boxes that I get metal drawer slides in. They are about 22" x 6" x 4-6". If that size would work, you might try a local cabinetmaker or hardware store. I would expect them to be free, I just recycle the ones I get.

To further confuse things, Size Matters! While making a replica of my 1:1 truck, I found a paint that matched the 1:1 perfectly. When I put it on the model, it looked horrible. I had to use a much "whiter" white on the model for it to look like the full size truck.

That came out great, Mike! I bet you're proud of that one.

Skip, I'm making hose reels, like you would see on a fire truck or fuel tanker, so the discs are structural. Thanks for the suggestion, tho.

I have some of those blades in a hobby knife set. I need a better compass, the one I have does not have the threaded adjustment. How does that rig work on smaller circles?

I knew you guys would come through. That's a bunch of good ideas. I do have a scroll saw and a Dremel, and I think I'll try making punches out of pipe. I wondered if I'd get any suggestions about a compass, I may try mounting a knife on one. Thanks to all.

Mike, that thing is looking great! Hard to believe it started out as a computer mouse.

I need to cut several discs out of .030 styrene. They need to be fairly accurate circles, and I have to cut multiples of the same size. Most are going to be in the 3/4" to 1" diameter range. Any suggestions?

Looks like you're off to a good start, Nick. Great job lettering those tires. One good part about building a replica of your 1:1 is you just have to walk outside for references. I'll be watching.
