  5. Just so you all know, stuff went down between the member and Gravity paints, the logo he is using is from Dose Of Color that he changed up a bit. You can read about it here But per this post made by Mate Mayer of Gravity Paints Mate Mayer yes, and trying to advertise a product that doesnt even exist yet with an existing product https://www.facebook.com/mate.mayer.3?ref=br_rs
  6. I dont blame you Steve, Ive grown tired of bidding on Ebay, you never know if you are bidding against real people or a second Ebay account from the seller doing the shill bidding game, I try myself to stick to only BIN listings now, but for those times , I do the same, I put the highest amount I want to pay and let it roll if I dont really care, But if its something I do want, I will snipe.
  7. That is what I hear as well.
  8. It is, and how it works , so if you really want something badly, putting in a stupid high max bid is the sure fire way you will win
  9. Thank you Carl/Bruce Moving forward, added the other two missing roll bars Got all the parts painted and started getting the chassis together, added the steering column as well, chassis painted with SEM Promax Chassis grey The FR9 engine, almost done, used a mix of Metalizer paints Body, has been primed with Mr Surfacer Black, I really dont need to go a color coat at this, I did that with the two Kurt Fords I built, so I am not sure I am going to do it with this one, just decal and then do a coat of SG clear
  10. I think so , but it would have to be the right subjects , just my opinion of course, and should not be mistaken for me speaking for the entire hobby world wide.
  11. Yes yes yes, this this this , so much this and yes.
  12. I would like to see a few 70's big 4 dr's land yachts .
  13. Very lovely work.
  14. I dont have a tank on mine and I don'd seem to have any issues painting and getting very good paint jobs. But, I do want to get a compressor that does have a tank.
  15. Finally getting around to my first NASCAR for 2018, I know right!!!, about darn time, anyways, this was planned for last year but it just didnt happen, its going to be Clint's HAAS Ford for 17 and or 18, the scheme didnt change so the only thing changed for 18 is the SHR anniversary logo , decals from Stony Customs Added one of the missing roll bars and working on the seat, swapped seats to one from the previous NASCAR kits and working on adding the leg braces.
  16. Yes sir, I use old Tamiya jar's and put lacquer thinner in them and use that to clean brushes, I do something close with spray heads, I keep a few clean one's on hand for those times when you need a clean head.
  17. I am going to try this, I use Loctite Super Glue and I can waste sooooooooooooooooooooooo many tubes of it because the tip clogs up , I am going to try this .
