I use a mix of Miliput white and Games Workshop's "green stuff". I found the Milliput didn't stick well and was too crumbly, but the green stuff was too flexible and wouldn't file or sand well. The mix is just right.
Oh dear ugly! The rambler's not so bad from the outside, but the interior is atrocious. The Lincoln is just something that needs to be burned. I can practically hear it screaming "help me!".
It just depends on the mood I'm in. I like music sometimes, sometimes I want silence. Sometimes my wife will sit in the living room with me and read. It's all good.
I saw an "art" car one time on the freeway that was covered nose to tail in 5 1/4" floppy disks. They were about half glued on and flapped in the wind. Dumbest thing I ever saw.
Got a Monogram 65 Corvette kit last night in the mail from Ebay. It's missing a couple of minor pieces, but I got it for $3 plus shipping. No complaints.
BMF works really well as long as the surface you're putting it on is smooth. If you can find PE pieces that are the right size/shape, those polish up to a mirror finish.
