  2. Not just any alcohol,Patrick, NINETY ONE per cent. It's usually next to the 70 % rubbing alcohol at CVS or Walgreens.

  5. WOW That's cool, Harry! 1/38th scale? yeesh that's small. Needed a pair of Opti Visors for that rascal??? It came out REAL NICE!
  6. Mike, haveing purchased and used some of your products, all I can say is I hope your buisness is doing GREAT! I also REALLY like the way you let us know AHEAD of time that you'll be stopping to fill existing orders, as you do. THIS helps alot, i believe. Plus it's GREAT communication with your customers! Good Luck Brother!

  8. GREAT for you, Bran! That's how we learn. You keep goin like this an someday you may earn the name you've chosen. B)
  9. Harry, that's only caz you don't see the automotive world QUITE the way Chuck does!!!! If he can see a tractor grille in a 64 Chevy truck fender, then he REALLY sees the automotive world inna "different" light! ;)
  10. Jon, Danny's located in Monroe Michigan, and he's a member of the DMCC. In my opinion, they're JUST as nice as Norm's an cheaper too. ;)
  11. No offense intended at all, Nate. But maybe you should just take a look for yourself . I did. I bought some from Danny. they ARE nice!!!!!
  12. It sure is lookin GOOD, I like the vette interior idea. Might as well use as much of the kit as you can! Good plans, don't stop now, this is neet!
  13. John, those look a little like the Cragar Belt Covers that came on the old an re-issued Challenger LSR car by Revell. They cover the mechanical blower drive that was used on the four engines that powered that car. If you can find some, maybe you could use those to design a gear transfer case. HTH
  14. Use the center bolt valve covers on ANY first gen small block chevy, an you'll be ok.ONLY the LT-1 series (94 to 98) have the dist. in front BEHIND the water pump. The rest still have it at the back of the intake manifold. That's the beauty of model cars, it can even be an ALL aluminum 427 small block, if ya want it to be! I LOVE model cars!!!
  15. WHOA!!! MY (used ta be) Green Bay Packers, 50 Olds bank doesn't have opening hood or Engine compartment detail! THOSE are NICE! Are they die-cast or resin? Either way, they ARE beautiful. I LOVE the Convert! But that lil gasser's tha MOOK too!!!!
  16. Check out Danny Iacoangeli at www.scenesunltd.com You'll be AMAZED to see some of the stuff he has. And you WON'T find a NICER set of Finned brake drums ANYWHERE!!! TRUST me on this one!!!
  17. My FAVORITE of the Early Fords! Such a pretty car! You sure did it justice with that paint job, WOW! She came out great!!!
  18. YES! My sentiments exactly!
  19. I'm amazed at how quickly you can pump these out Chuck. and they're ALL as nice/cool/neet as the next. it LIKE these off beat rods of yours.
  20. NICE move on the chassis,Jim! Cleaned that rascal right up! It came out nice in all, My big budder had a freind who lived at the end of the block, Mark, who owned one like it, only a deeper blue with white interior. I'll NEVER forget THAT car cause it was the first one i EVER saw a rolled and pleated wheelwells!!!
  21. Thanks for posting this Harry. i LOVE this kinda odd-ball stuff. At 1/26th, i don't really think anyone will notice the difference. It looks GREAT!
  22. There are plenty of Die Cast rails in 24th. You might be able to pull an engine/trans combo outta one of them.
  23. I remember this release! You usedta be able to get it at FULL SERVICE GAS STATIONS, remember them????
  24. Gotta agree, it came out REAL nice! Sure DO like the wheels on it. The kinda bare treads make it cooler! :D
