  1. Great looking models Tom.
  2. Welcome to our plastic playground Bobby.
  3. Gregg, thank you for the updates on the magazine, and the great news about your latest surgery. I'm sure everything will eventually work out with the new publisher. The very best wishes to you and your family for a very Happy, Healthy, Prosperous and Safe New Year.
  4. Nice work Al.
  5. Health, Wealth and Happiness to everyone in the new year.
  6. Great job Jim. Happy and Healthy New Year to you too.
  7. Great stuff Tom. Yeah, New York is making it almost impossibly affordable to live there in retirement with the ridiculously high R.E. tax rates and utility costs.
  8. and the same from me and my family to all of you...
  9. I agree. I like the "look" of cycle fenders on certain Rods. I used the cycle fenders from the Green Hornet reissue on a Revell '32 Ford HiBoy that I built.
  10. Nice job on the Stang Bill. I also am looking forward to the Impala.
  11. Nice job Terry.
  12. Great job on this car Jim. I also built one of these a few years ago and I remember it being a very nice kit.
  13. One of my daughters, my grandson and I went to see the new STAR WARS movie on Saturday. No spoiler alert here...... I thought it was a pretty good movie, but I was a little disappointed with the way it ended. I was expecting more from Luke Skywalker... They are obviously leaving a lot open for the next installment... Too bad we'll have to wait a couple of years for it... I've seen ALL of the STAR WARS movies several times and liked them all.
  14. Wow...... 62 models built in one year......!!!!!! Great work and very, very productive. Guess you've got a lot of free time .
  15. Congratulations Ray. My wife and I will be celebrating our 47th anniversary tomorrow, December 28th.
  16. My only suggestions would be first, to try to use the Tamiya glue only to glue parts together before painting them. Secondly, after painting, use CA glue to attach parts sparingly, using a toothpick to apply the glue so it won't "squish out" onto the painted surfaces.
  17. I just received my interior pieces from Ed and they are beautiful. I can't wait to work on them.
  18. Nice stuff Rob. Glad you finally got that Merc finished.
  19. Welcome to our plastic playground Alexander.
  20. Welcome to our plastic playground Tommy.
  21. Great looking model Gene. Good job.
  22. I buy models and related stuff for myself for Christmas but I don't usually wrap them. My family is always telling me that I'm really hard to buy gifts for......... DUH...... Buy me model stuff...!!! 2 months ago I sent my older daughter an email saying; "In case you're doing advanced planning for buying Christmas gifts, here's a Link to a company selling acrylic model display cases (with a picture of the one I want.)" I know I'll be unwrapping it on Christmas morning when we visit my daughter in VA.
  23. Very nice group Alan.
  24. Great bunch of models Paul.
  25. Welcome to our plastic playground Joe. If you have any good, well stocked hobby shops near you, that's where you'll probably find Testors paints and other brands. Nascar models don't seem to be as popular as they once were which is most likely why you can't find newer ones. Check out Model Roundup's website for Nascar kits you might want...... www.ModelRoundup.com
