  1. Gotta love those '60s Mopars. Looking real good. I love the upgrades, hope it works out well!
  2. You guys are making me feel great! I thought I was some kind of model car junkie, but you guys make me feel like a tea totaller, lol.
  3. Gotta love the longroofers! This is out of the ordinary as well. I will stay tuned.
  4. This is looking AWESOME!! Keep it coming. '60s Mopars rule.
  5. I missed this so far somehow! I will follow this with interest as I just got a cowl hood & '69 grille from Kenny @ Bandit. This is exciting to watch a more talented builder do something I aspire to do. Great looking trucks so far! Keep up the good work!
  6. Tried to join, wouldn't let me. Good idea though.
  7. Hey Mike ! So happy to see this back on! I missed it. My A-Tona build kinda stalled.....lol. You're correct, sir... It's YOUR build! Naysayer's can go by the wayside. Please let your talents direct your build! I'll be watching.
  8. Intelligent research is the key to a build like this! I will be following this 4-shore.
  9. You go boy!!!!! I'm behind this build 110% !!!! Lets c what ya got!
  10. What tools or techniques do I need to bend .016 aluminum? Sharp angles as in underhood wheelwells, firewall & such?
  11. Get a fairy net, clone her & you're set for life, lol. I only have 40 plus kits, but none are finished & about half are started.
  12. That's what I've been hearing Rob. I have a couple Dodges, just can't seem to get my hands on a Plymouth.
  13. That sounds about right, I have vintage kits I'll never build, but they are for selling or trading for kits I WILL build. I do have a Jo-Han '64 Petty, so far I only look at it now & then. its not That collectible perhaps. But I will build it or trade it eventually
  14. Not much of a Ford fan, but I gotta admit; this is very intriguing. A nice "what if" phantom build. I remember Hi-Jackers well. Period perfect stance. I like it.
  15. This is a very informative thread & I love where it's gone, but I wasn't gonna build it as the Lawman anyway, I just wanted to see what kinda extra hi-po speed goodies it would come with. You guys are GREAT & I hope I don't burst any bubbles, I just wish Lindberg would get it out already! Phil's Hobby shop still has it listed as "sold out" on-line!!! What's with that?
  16. What she don't know, won't hurt her. My wife shows no interest in my hobby & I'm grateful for the alone time I do get. I don't hide anything from her, I just don't discuss much of it with her. We have some shared interests: cooking, our kids, football (I know, right!). modeling just isn't one of them, & we can both handle that!
  17. I love the pro-touring look, & this is Mopar road trip deluxe!! Fantastic paint scheme & stance. I'm usually a fan of chrome.......may have to rethink that. Great inspiration. I have 1 Mopar pro-t on the bench, 1 in prep, & 2 in planning! It's getting harder to call myself a Chevy man, LOL. Nice work!
  18. Looks like a BBC & a Muncie 4-speed. Its not a top loader
  19. Add a track nose front end & your going places!
  20. Thanks Casey, that's it. I just bought a complete, decent box, good decals. Does it have any collector value ? Yes, I know it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I've just never heard of or seen it.
  21. Has anyone heard of this AMT kit. It's an early Model T Ford fire truck that can be built stock or "Hot" rod ? It is from the '60s.
  22. What? It's NOT '77? What year is this? Have I really lost that much time? I must have puffed, puffed & forgot to pass!!!???
  23. I think I smell a Petty blue Charger in your future????!!!!!!
  24. I love these cars. You are doing much more than I dare to, but this is still inspiration to get mine going. Keep this one going please!
