  1. Another beautiful '58 Rich ! Only 4 hours to do all that BMF ? It would take me four days , and my gold never looks like yours either . Very nice .
  2. Those are beautiful cars and so is your rebuild ! Nice job !
  3. Very cool ! ! Your doing an excellent job with the conversion . This was next on my list after I finish my El Camino but I think I'll wait till you finish yours so I can pick up any tips !
  4. Very nice ! Sure brings back memories of building the original , but my decals weren't any where as nice as yours !
  5. That's true , but they did an awful job ! Below is an original Ace which was manufactured from 1951 to 1962 .
  6. Sure do , the Brubaker Van or Box was on a VW chassis . It was very difficult to get in and out of with such a low roof and only one door , a sliding door on the passenger side . Everett - Morrison got the molds for this along with several other vehicles when they bought out Allied Industries in 1983 . We never built any and eventually sold the molds back to Dean Morrison .
  7. Yep , very nice John . We need more photos !
  8. That's really beautiful ! I love the color and your work looks excellent . From what I can see the engine looks great and I like the air filter housing done like that !
  9. This is the only pic I have of the Tomahawk . It really looks a lot worse in person . And then there was the California Ace built on an MG chassis . It really defeats the purpose of buying a Cobra !
  10. I got this a couple of weeks ago and just got around to taking picture . It's HO scale and looks to be about 12" x 18" when finished . At first it looked pretty basic but after a closer look it has a lot of details . All of the posts , brick walls , windows , doors , and frames are there , along with the nicely done Mel's sign in two sizes . This has lots of possibilities with all of the lighting available including miniature neon light kits ! And there are plenty of cars available to fill the parking lot !
  11. Nice work Harry ! When I first saw it I thought it would look good on a Pontiac , never knew it really was !
  12. Really nice looking carbs , but the whole engine looks good too ! How did you make the spark plug boots ?
  13. What he said ! ! ! ! !
  14. I agree with what has already been said , very nice Boss 302 ! Lots of details that are really hard to see , so I enlarged your engine shot and adjusted the exposure so I could see everything . Wow ! Lots of goodies in there like a little glass diode for a fuel filter , and one of those dreaded Anti - Backfire Valves in the line from the PCV valve ! Way too much detail to list everything you've done . And the best looking vacuum advance diaphragm I've ever seen , how did you do that ?
  15. Yes , please a few more photos or a link to it . Your engine detail looks super clean !
  16. I can beat your pair !
  17. Cool looking build . I like the Red Baron radiator and wheels, and the detailed 427 engine !
  18. Here's a rebody kit for 1990 - 2005 Miata's . For 13K it looks pretty good , and it's steel !
  19. You need to start your topic here first then go to Photobucket , click on the photo to enlarge it , copy the link , then come back to your topic and paste it . Do this for each photo you want to post to your topic , one at a time .
  20. Yep , he did a nice job . I've always liked hat kit .
  21. Good one ! I didn't know you built gassers , it looks pretty cool ! And the decals turned out great !
  22. Glad to see this posted here , it looks great ! Congrats again on a super looking build .
  23. Very , very , very cooool ! Glad to see a little rust again !
