How big is your... stash?
bytownshaker replied to Pierre Rivard's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I have approximately 700 (100 of them are 1/43 scale) but with more years behind me than ahead of me I'm trying to not buy much anymore. But then last Monday I picked up a Polar Lights NASCAR Torino oh well lol. -
MFH Ferrari 333SP 1/12
bytownshaker replied to 2whl's topic in WIP: Other Racing: Road Racing, Land Speed Racers
Absolutely love Chris and your 333SP's. I was lucky to be able them race at Mosport in the 90's. I would love to get one of these 1/12 scale cars but the wife would have me living on the street if I did LOL guess I'll have to make do with my 1/43 BBR kit. -
Those parts from Futurattraction are the icing on the cake.

William the hard lines turned out great, it took 4 tries to do the one from the fuel pump to the fuel regulator on my 1 to 1 engine. -

Bruce your Ferrari looks fantastic, Does Future react with Micro-set just wondering for a build I was going to use future on? Edgar -
The Monogram/Revell Mustang Boss 429 is one of my favorite kits, I've built a couple and just started another one to break out of a slump.

Subframe connectors look great. Using your milling machine is a lot easier than the cut and file method I've been using. -

Shirley Shahan’s Hornet Pro Stock
bytownshaker replied to dragcarz's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
I know what you mean I turn 67 this August, we have more years behind us than ahead of us. The only reason I don't put clear over decals is that I've seen/heard people say the clear attacked them. I look forward to your completion of this build and many more in the future. -

Such a shame your build was coming along nicely till this happened. On this era of cars I never put clear over the decals. Edgar -

Two Sox & Martin pro stock compacts
bytownshaker replied to M W Elky's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
They both look Great Micheal. Love early years of Pro Stock. -
Two Nice builds, I especially like the Gremlin. Also the MPC Firefighter Mustang II works well for a chassis and interior for those compact era Pro Stockers.
