  1. Will definately be getting both the Revell (Race) and Tamiya Ford GT's. Ford announced this week that the demand for the GT is so great they will produce an additional 350 cars.

  11. Beautiful build Mike. Not a comment on your build but we are so used to seeing the roofs chopped on 32 Ford's that a unchopped one looks odd. Again you did a marvelous job. ???
  12. Love your Monte and I really liked all your past magazine articles too. As I'm of the grey beard age group I was a big fan of Hank Borger and all his marvelous builds and the stories that with each build.

  14. According to the NHRA website Kansas John Wiebe using the Donovan 417 was number 1 qualifier and runner up at the 1971 NHRA SuperNationals losing to “Gentleman Hank” Johnson . The final round the last in NHRA history between two front-engine Top Fuelers
  15. If I remember correctly John Wiebe ran the first Donovan 417 aftermarket block in his Front Engine dragster.
