Yes Bob, a pretty big project. Slow going since life has gotten in the way as it does. Not thinking this kit was worth the money at this point. I may change my mind going forward.

This kit is not Pocher quality . I guess you could call this progress . I managed to get the bad chrome on the pipes stripped .

Yes Bruce, it is Cobra time ! I have not had a lot of time lately to work on it much but try to here and there. Not sure if you read my post of the Cobra and the terrible chrome on the side pipes. I have decided to strip them and paint them white. I must say given the cost of the kit I was disappointed to say the least but we modelers have to deal with problems all the time so I will march forward. Slowly but forward !

One of the pipes did come out pretty good with foil but the second one kept getting wrinkles that I could not rid of. I think painting them white should look good .

Well since I can not locate that Polish I tried wrapping some BMF on the pipe . That did not go well . Looked better but not right . Decided I am going to strip the chrome and prime and paint them .

I went on the site as well a a different site and got an out of stock . Anyone know where I can get some ? Other choices are maybe wrap in BMF or strip and paint white which would look ok with the white stripes on the car .
