I saw that episode. I like the color and the tucked bumpers but I don't care for the wheels and the finish on the hood scoop and grill.

I posted the problem I had in WIP I did for my 1/18 Willys gasser. I let it dry for more than 48 hours. I had to turn it upside down to work a couple of chassis bits. I set it on a new micro fiber towel. Had it that way for about 15 min. When I turned it over I saw that the towel had imprinted into the clear. Had to sand the roof and repaint and clear.

Been using that for about a month or so. I love it but it does seem to stay soft for awhile.

I wish Hobby Lobby would switch to using a pricing system so they could use the guns at checkout. i always have to wait in a long line. Maybe due to cost or because of the discounts and cost to manage such a system ?

Got this stuff yesterday . The Duplicolor 1k clear from Walmart on line . The Testors Wet Look Clear from HL on line . The car body is a 1/32 scale printed item . 1939 Willys for a slot car . The widows are just patterns so you can cut them from clear sheet .
