Thanks Tim. I like this clear a lot. At least so far. I'm not one who likes to sit and polish a paint job and this clear (to me ) makes it looks like i did. Still doing some trial and error with it. It does seem to stay soft for awhile. I turned the body upside down on a new microfiber cloth to install the windows and the design of the towel imprinted in the roof. Trying now to fix that.

So while I was working on the 33 Willys gasser i really messed up. I put down one of the best paint jobs I had ever done, looked real good. Anyway, I waited a a couple days and the next step was to install the windows. i put the body upside down on a new microfiber towel for window installation. That went well but when I turned the body over the pattern of the towel had imprinted on the roof of the car. Bummer. Polish was of no help. I resorted to sanding it out. i have it masked and is being repainted now. I think it will be ok but not as good as it was.

Hey Carl, I dont know how much WLC Hobby Lobby has. I only ordered two because i wanted others that like it a shot at some. I found a clear I like more but will use the WLC for some things.

I love belly tankers and yours is looking great.

Testors Wet Look Clear is still available at Hobby Lobby on line. I just ordered two. 5.99 each. don't know how many more they have.

Thank you fellows. Bob, the clear I used was the Duplicolor 1K high gloss clear. I really like this stuff.

I am impressed you did something so nice in such a short time.

Now that is beautiful plus I don't see screws holding on the skirts or trim !
