I sometimes paint area with Testors Wood (bottle ) then a little brown dry brushed over that and then a coat of Tamiya Clear Orange ( bottle ).

Beautiful model.

Still working on this one little by little . Touch up and clear still needed as well as the stripe on the cab section . My plan is to make it into a futuristic Cobra parts hauler . Not large enough to fit a car into .

Flintstone resin kit which include body , flat chassis , bumpers and flat clear sheet plastic for the windows which needed to be cut to shape . Because it is just an empty shell I scratch built a dash board and driver compartment . Windows were blacked out because it is just an empty shell . Tires and wheels are from an AMT semi truck . I added a simple aluminum tail pipe . Colors are Bronze on the lower section and white on the upper . I don’t really do well on resin stuff but I am drawn to the odd stuff that you just don’t get with the normal kits . I did use a label maker to make the front and rear signs . Something needed to be in those boxes . Thanks for looking .

This is a very cool project and it looks fantastic !

Getting pretty close to finishing up the bus . Mostly just lights and bumpers left . Cutting windows out of clear sheet was a chore for me . Side windows were ez but front , back and the curved ones up front were a lot tougher .

Thanks, that is news to me. Really, I had no idea. Two vehicles in Az. for about 14 years and only one windshield so I guess we were not taking advantage.

A few years ago My wife had a cracked windshield on her Focus. She found a place that replaced the window and gave her 75.00 cash. Insurance paid for the window.
