A few years ago I bought a altered kit and a resin body to do that very car. After looking for 2 months for the decals I gave up and just built it a no name car.

Very nice result.

Ok, I got to cuttin'. Can't go back now. Will be more cutting up front but will have to wait till I mock up the chassis and engine.

Thought about putting this in the truck section but since it is mostly car with just a truck body thought it would be ok here. Wanting to build a model that resembles a pic of something I saw here not long ago. Starting with the 'lil Coffin" for the chassis and drive train. The Hasegawa kit will supply the body and at least some of the interior. The body will need to be shortened and you can see by the blue tape how much will be cut out of it. Won't be an exact copy but this is the look I am going for. Not everybody's cup of tea I know but there is something about it I just think is cool.

While waiting for some stuff to arrive for my next project I decided to work on a couple of my Hot Wheels Cobra's that I had duplicates of. Both taken apart and bodies cleaned up a bit. Then primed and repainted and wheels were swapped with rubber tires. Reassembled and paint detailed. Looks like I should have narrowed the axel a bit on the blue one. : )

These are little resin cast one piece items. They are done in a cartoon style but look pretty cool when painted up.

Got this. Now I can begin my next planned project.
