We have more progress! I've been working on the wooden panels some, and wanted to get you guys' opinion...... They need touching up and a coat of matte clear still. Like I said, some touching up is in order......... They look a lot better in person! What can I do to these pieces to make it look more like real wood? There's what looks like rivets molded in too....... Should I pick those out with a wash or something? Finally, more interior work........ The back of the front seat attaches to the inside of the two walls of the truck's body, so that will be added later...... Anywhooooo..... That's what I've gotten done since last time. Thanks!

Oh, that's too bad! I saw how nice that paint job looked in the other thread......... What clear? DupliColor, if you have a way to get that, makes a clear that's safe over pretty much everything. It's called 1K Clear.......... If you want to try it, just be sure to get the high gloss one, as they have a pearl one also..........

There is this very short-lived cartoon that Disney Channel used to air at like 2 AM, called Dave The Barbarian............ He was a barbarian, of course, but he would rather bake cookies and make puppets and such! Was a pretty funny show once you learned the characters........... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_the_Barbarian

I like the sketched-on side trim idea! It looks like something MoPar would do, and would give you a line for a tutone paint job........ (should you choose to do so)

The show 'NewsRadio' is kinda not that well known, even though it ran for four years....... It had The Best cast of any show ever! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NewsRadio Phil Hartman was one of my favorite actors........ When he passed, they replaced his character with John Lovitz, another of my favorites.

Hey, guys! I have two projects ready for paint, but I'm having trouble finding the exact colors I need for them. It's the names that manufacturers use for their colors that's the problem..... Looking at the Duplicolor sprays, which is what I'm hoping to get help with, there's only 'chrome yellow'. I would like a lighter pale yellow....... What would Duplicolor call a pale yellow? Also, I need a champagne color for my Starliner. What would that be called in DC language? Any help with this is appreciated greatly!

Another few weeks and you'll finally be able to escape into retirement, though, correct?
