Guys, I just had a quick question for you all...... On a GFI protected circuit, will one GFI outlet protect the whole circuit? I ask because I have an outlet on either side of my kitchen sink. One is the GFI, the other is a regular plug........ The regular plug runs my microwave, the GFI one is never used..... Should they both be the safety plugs?

What is your NUMBER 1 favorite movie car

There was a VERY short lived TV show that was a spin-off of Smokey and the Bandit......... The hero car in it was a Dodge Stealth! I've always liked those, and their sister car the 3000GT.......... V6, twin turbo on some, AWD, what's not to like?- 174 replies

What Did You Have for Dinner?

A baked potato with real butter, salt, pepper, and Italian dressing......... It's good! Bill, you're using the dry oats, like old school? I can get you a recipe for nobake cookies, made with oats, peanut butter, and real cocoa...... Mom makes them a couple times a year........ -

Which Bond film had the Retrobird Thunderbird featured? I like those cars, but they don't really fit the 'Bond' persona..........- 174 replies

That should be the same kit, Jeff man! I may be wrong about the year myself............ I can work without instructions, but the chrome I have is very tired. Could use a frame, too....... -
Mike, all that stuff is very cool! I bet there were a few flashbacks finding these............... The Show Rod stickers, though..... They're the bees knees!

'Year Them' sounds like the title of a movie of the science fiction genre...........

Hey, fellas! I'm in need of just a few things from the 30 woody kit........... The chrome, a frame/chassis, and the instructions. I know these are popular kits among the forum members, so hopefully someone can help! Thanks..........

Favorite Classic Truck?

Yep! They were all long beds, I believe.......... The standard engine for the Dude was the 383, if I remember right. Then you had the Custom Sport Special, which could be had with the street wedge engine! Imagine a full-fledged muscle car engine in your pickup.......... -
Favorite Classic Truck?
JollySipper replied to JollySipper's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I used to subscribe to a magazine called Classic Auto Restorer...... They featured these trucks one issue. Dodge had a good idea with these, just putting a station wagon quarter panel on a step-side bed.......... Changed the whole look of the truck! -
I guess this topic can go along with the classic car one! I'll start.......... The 1961-1971 Dodge D100 pickups. I've been around a few of them, even had one myself when I was in my early 20s. Just a handsome pickup...........

We got a good 4-6 inches of snow overnight....... The dog loves it! I covered my steps last night, so this morning I could just lift off the snow that had accumulated....... It's 25 degrees out in NC, the sky is some funky grey blue color..........
