I was looking at recommended sites on IG, and came across this little pearl of wisdom that really hit home as a model builder........ "When you have 90% of a large project completed, the finishing details will take another 90%." Is this true for you guys? Any other sage advice you can offer that also pertains to modelling?

This looks pretty good! Especially the engine.... I think, though, the next time I wanted to paint something silver, maybe I would use something like DupliColor. They have several silver metallics that look like what a real car would be painted in........ The silver you have there would usually be used as a base color for something transparent, like a candy paint.

Here is a great place to be because of that, the wide variety of interests.

This is Peter Green....... Not sure if you've heard of him. He formed Fleetwood Mac, then was kicked out. They said he was crazy because he wanted to give their profits to charity..... Guy's a genius, I think. His albums other than this one have kind of a bluesy-Santana vibe. This is his best album, here......
