Very neat. I've not seen this kit here in the UK. -
After attempting some scratch-building that didn't work I'm back to building something reasonably simple. I mislaid the clear parts sprue, so using some clear retail packaging I cut out ther front a rear windows and headlight lenses, plus adding door side windows. No! That's far too big, try these...

Start again building kits, not scratch-building! Lindburg 32 Ford B Pick-up. Lost the clear parts so using retail plastic packaging. Cut out front a rear windows and headlight lenses, but also added side windows! So started the engine chassis build-up. -

Superb pictures. I have seen both Alfa and Lancia race and rally over 20+ years of race and rally marshalling. That was 40 years ago when I was only 35 years old! -

Update, 07.08.23, about to abort! Just had a chassis fall apart, after days of trying, I think I'll go back to building kits! -
A classic 911 in a super colour!

Just delivered from ebay. These are some of my most popular kits as they are easy to build and come in various styles or enable conversion. The date on the box is 1975 and the price sticker was £1.35!

Thanks guys. Interesting bobss396, importing kits to the UK is at present expensive, some asking $40 or more just for shipping. Interested to see the 3D printed bodies though, thanks.

Uncertain T Scratch. I built this body, measurements taken my resin build a few years ago. It's boxy, Plasticard sheet plus three sizes of Plasticard square section rod/tube. I've now to do an extensive search through numerous boxes of spares, to complete. Fingers crossed that I complete it! The trim ring is for the round rear window. Engine parts.. -

Thanks guys. Yes if only we could get new series Nascar Trucks.
-
Thanks Shoopdog, Yes I'm a fan of the Nascar Truck series, but we don't get coverage here in the UK anymore, only the cars!

Having bought a NASCAR TRUCK body sometime ago I thought it was time to tackle a build. I bought a relatively cheap car kit from ebay, I started the build. This is so far having modified the chassis to fit. Now finished using parts and decals from the Monogram Chevy Lumina kit.

This is so far having modified the chassis to fit. There are a few things to add and perhaps some decals to find. UPDATE: Completed build in Nascar Under Glass. -
Any update Anton?

Thanks guys, although an old kit, still good to put together.

Shorty VW Pickup
PatW replied to Mad Slammer's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
That is just magnificent! As a VW fan since I was about 10 (now 75) I'm super impressed. I built one about 2 years ago with Centrelines with the standard body.
