Sauber Mercedes C9 MFH 1/12

SUPERB! As an ex-marshal at Silverstone Circuit and a visitor to Le Mans I remember these vividly. -
Thanks guys. Yes Helmut Let's see yours underway and built. Yes Bruce that started to happen to mine and I luckily slid them back together and quickly brushed on some clear gloss after a few hours drying time.

Cheers Ray.

What did you see on the road today?
PatW replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
It was a very smart Bright Orange (which was the standard colour) Bond Bug driving into the carpark of our local Lidl supermarket whilst we were having a lunch at Beefeater! Was it completely renovated or was the owner super careful over the years? -
Thanks Rusty, It's 1/24th scale.

Cheers Ian.

Nice kit, thin decals and worst of all the back to front tyre decals that I just can't use, I've tried numerous times. On the aftermarket sheets of tyre decals I use they only have four Pirelli decals that are too small.

Downloaded today through Magzter here in the UK. Super magazine thanks for putting it together.

First side decaled.. -
I must admit that although Tuthill's is only 20 miles away I wasn't aware he was involved with that particular vehicle. But having been to the Williams F1 HQ in 2019 they have a Singer UK base there.

After waiting between 6-12 months on back order, an email has arrived, 'it's in the post'! When our youngest son was 21 we took his Beetle to a specialist 911 builder Frances Tuthill. He did suspension/paint etc to make it ready to show in the Cal-Look class. Two of these were in his workshop along with about twenty other 911's, 914's, and 365's all being restored. His son Richard still supplies classic 911's for racing and rallying.

Thanks Chris. -
There's a few places here in the UK where we can't dine out or buy takeout as we can't order without an I phone! And in our 70's neither of has the need or money for one!

Hi Jim we had two power outages a few weeks ago. When the power came back on the TV wouldn't do anything but put a message on the screen about updating the system, we've had the TV a few years, so can't find the original manual, when I phoned the supplier they said as the warranty had run out they couldn't speak to me! I called the SKY satellite company and the lady took two minutes to talk me through it although the TV or message was not her responsibility!

Here in the UK the price of fuel is steeply on the rise at the beginning of last week a litre of diesel was £1.58 per litre ( X four for a gallon) it is now £1.74 per litre. It used to fluctuate by a few pence but not at this rate! I don't know if it's the same in the US but we are in our 70's and don't live by a mobile phone, we went into our favourite coffee shop today and all most all of the seats/tables were taken, we found one and sat down in near silence as everyone else, couples and families were gawping at their phones! I wonder if they have minds of their own, a real conversation killer!
