I've built various things over the years, only 60 of them! But having only one local (20+ miles away) model club and finding out beforehand that over 95% of the members only build military vehicles or military planes and showed no interest at all in my car builds, put me off as they weren't interested in my builds or skills. So no heading towards and killing machines either in tanks or planes thanks.

Very good, great imagination. I've recently finished that kit as the box top represents, but this is something else, well done!

MPC Pinto Modified by customer

No picture here either. -
Cheers Larry.

It doesn't give any hint of what scale it might be so I put it up against a 1/24 th scale Tamiya Toyota Supra and the wheelbase is the same, but of course the Jag is taller.

Yes Steve it definitely does what it says on the box!

These cars are the all-electric saloons/SUV's that back up the Formula E Championship. Bought on ebay UK, delivered this morning, built, stickered, tyre decaled and photographed... Oh I painted the clear rear lights red!

Very, very nice!

Thanks carl, yes a nice kit although an old one! -
Built box stock in racing trim with covered headlights, and tyre decals for a laugh. Well it's Italian so Pirelli tyres, or their originals perhaps! added alloy tube exhaust.

Superb city car, we have hundreds of these and the old originals in the UK. Very popular especially the Abarth versions and we have tuning companies here too, to spice them up from wheels/tyres and tuned suspension and engines.

As I got it from ebay it was £9.99. I looked for it on various model shop sites and was out of stock, so I don't know the retail price.

MCM Relaunch Update 08/2020
PatW replied to larrygre's topic in Model Cars Magazine News and Discussions
Thanks niteowl7710, but I don't want FSM. I've asked two or three times now today (now that I've found other email addresses) so hopefully they will refund my money. Then I can delete both Scale Auto and FSM from my favourites list. -
MCM Relaunch Update 08/2020
PatW replied to larrygre's topic in Model Cars Magazine News and Discussions
I would enjoy to see a magazine by MCM, but understand that they may not be available in the UK. As far as Scale Auto is concerned, my log on to anything Kalmbach is rejected, them saying that I need a new browser! I received the last SA magazine and on the fly sheet inside the plastic pack with the magazine, it stated the correct date of December 2021. When I get my first Finescale Magazine the fly sheet says my subscription runs out in May 2021! I've attempted to contact them using various email addresses ( Scale Auto Customer Services and the same addressed as in the FSM mag) and all have been bounced back! I'm not at all interested in magazines where articles are all on what I see as 'Killing Machines', and SA said that FSM would have auto/car related articles, none of which are in this issue! I can't possibly phone them from the UK due to the high cost, but certainly don't want my outstanding subscription wasted on something I don't want! Sorry for the rant. -

Neat! I've looked at one of these kits for a long time, but done nothing. Our local tree surgeon has real one.
