  1. Different to the Meng Kids 'Egg Plane' snap kit series, these heli/plane kits from Hasegawa are conventional glue, paint and decal..............

  3. Cheers Carl. I'm trying something else different a Hasegawa Hughes 300 helicopter, but put together as a standard kit, glue paint etc....................... So far.
  4. A Hasegawa Hughes 300 kit................... Although an 'Egg Plane' style it's not a snap kit like most of Meng for instance. So need paint, and glue construction, interesting! Today (04.06.20) finishing up adding decals............

  15. OK unclescott58. It's like an egg plane. It comes in green top and grey underside, and very shiny, so I rubbed it down found some Green Grass Humbrol matt spray can and light grey brush on matt. It looks more authentic in a matte finish.

    Thanks guys. Yes this had some sticky back paper wood grain in the box, but it fell to pieces! No date on the box/instructions but it must have been old.

  20. Superb start Dann. We had two brothers who lived near us in the late '60's who built the Cooper 'S's for customers to race and raced a pair themselves also a guy who lives in Silverstone village 5 miles from us who still races one!
