  1. When I got on the interwebs in 1996 I was using the TV interface device known as WebTV. I tried to pick a name from one of my favorite GI Joe charachters, Zartan! (that name is unavailable) Uh, ok. I tried his brothers name, Zandar (that name is unavailable). Well, whats next? His sister, Zarana@webtvdotnet! (accepted!) I got somewhat well know in the GI Joe online community at the time, so the name stuck. When I got a computer, I tried to get a Yahoomail account, It wouldn't accept Zarana, so I became known as Zarana-X. Avatar is currently a pin-up drawing of Zarana.
  2. I'd love a Bonaparte Frome Tank Police. There's a bunch of vintage kits that I'd love to get my hands on from the 80's but as somethign new, the vehicles from Tank Police and the bikes from Akira would be pretty cool.
  3. Fantastic build! I've got two racing versions, and one of the rally cars in my stash.
  4. This is an older build of mine. Araii relesed a series of model figures of the Global Military Police for Southern Cross. They are all armored and are articulated like a mech model would be. Options included a helmet, a bulky holster looking thing, and for some reason, a purse. She should have ashort sword that sheathes in the sheild on her left arm. I fear I am gettign senile, I cant remember if it wasn't in the kit, or I simply misplaced it. I only recenlty clear coated her with Future and made a base for her to stand on.
  5. Nice work. Did it have a decal for the hood emblem?
  6. I'm also working on a Ford 2.3 litre engine to transplant into this bug: Right now, its got an LS1? from a Camaro in it. It looks cool, but would be a wheelie poppin, tail draggin machine. The 2.3 Ford is a real-world engine swap, and a bit more practical.
  7. I guess it's up to me to save this from slipping to page 2. Anyway, work is nearly complete on the Interceptor. The interior is alot more work that I imagined, it's missing a few elements, but it's so crowded in there now, only a replica builder would notice. I need to do something about these jerry can lids: Some interior shots before it gets sealed up:
  8. Excellent work! Did the Porsche parts come from the Fujimi 356?
  9. I normally don't care too much for Corvettes, but I like this. Looks like a period custom!
  10. Nice save! I have that kit and I hate the front end that's on it.
  11. Is there a Star Wars AT-TE under there? Looks great, btw.
  12. I think Cranky posted the link directly from his account, which is why it's trying to get you to sign in. Here's his channel, you can find it towards the top along with other videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/damncranky666
  13. Incredible! I am in awe.
  14. Looks like the ones you see for 1/2 a second before they cut to a new car rolling down the road. The damage and rust looks fantastic, but you didn't paint the window trim
  15. That Charger looks great, but I think it could use some drybrushing and dullcoat to town down the gloss. After all, if the graphics are worn down like that, you'd probably have pretty faded paint.
  16. Incredible work! I need some of those resin kits . Gah! I can't afford those resin kits !
  17. Interesting. I'm also interested in thos LED's. I've got a few police type cars in the works, as well.
  18. 1/25 VW engine. Some of these were produced as industrial engines anway; pumps, sawmills, generators.
  19. The Type 3 was top of the line, and got everything before it went to the Type 1; bigger engine, dual port heads, disk brakes & dual circuit master cylinder, EFI, etc.

    mk1 golf

Nice and clean!. I was looking at the Tamiya racing one, since it's been re-released. Would like to get a street one as well.

    VW Beetle

Nice Work! The stock one had two sets of front turn signals! If they want more HO-scale cars, Walls Mart has some by their Hot Wheels section, I can't remember what they are called, but they have some sort of goofy name on them, but the cars are good quality for about $2 each.
  22. This looks Fabulous!. I love the interior, that is some of the best flocking I've seen .
  23. Fast N' Loud and Texas Car Wars are my current favorites. My Ride Rules, and Car Warriors their moments, not sure if Car Warriors is still on.
