  1. Awesome work Francis!! I haven’t been on here in a while and need to get caught up. So much good info and inspiration on this forum! Happy New Year!
  2. I have the Testors 1/24 scale GTS kit that was given to our son years ago. I dug it out and am working on it now. The body is white styrene, the chassis is black. I have a nice Coyote engine (donated by Codi. Thanks Tim!) that will be added. I am missing the gauge panel that attaches to the bottom of the dash and front of the console. Anyone have an extra or maybe give me dimensions of the part so I can make one? It would be much appreciated. Not sure yet what color the body will be painted. Happy New Year to you all!
  3. A great job Sonny!! I have an old Pantera kit but not the box so I don't know the manufacturer, but it did have a battery powered motor which I took out. I hope to open up the back and install a Ford Coyote engine given to me by Tim Hoagland, aka Codi. The results you got on the windshield are stellar. The kit I have has fender flares, looking like they were a bolt on option. The transaxle in the photo is from a Corvette kit and might be used, minus the drive shaft, not sure yet Dave
  4. Francis, again and again I'm blown away by your results. Thank you for showing us what you do and inspiring us. Dave
  5. That room looks familiar. It's always exciting to visit Tim's work bench to see and hear about what he has done. But he always is interested in what I've been working on and eager to help and answer my questions. It's like going to Da Vinci's studio. Thank you Tim for taking time to encourage and guide me. Your work is beyond my imagination. Dave
  6. Francis, motivation and education is all here. Thanks for sharing your builds!! Dave
  7. Anton, this is a great build. Glad you could achieve the stance you wanted. The engine and seats look awesome. I'm looking forward to more. Dave
  8. The headers look great Rickard!! Good to see you're making progress. Dave
  9. It's been too long since I was on the forum, and to see the results of your build and well deserved awards was worth the time. Congratulations !!! Dave
  10. Looks awesome!!!
  11. Very clean! Well done. Looking forward to more.
  12. Dann, just finished looking at this build. Looks great !!
  13. Dann, very glad I heard about this build as I've been getting parts together to redo a Testors version that my son did long ago. A coyote engine will go in it, generously donated by Codi. As said earlier, thanks for taking time to document and share what you're doing. All this info is much appreciated!! Dave
  14. Francis, love how you jump into a build and solve problems. Your results are great!! I look forward to more of this. Dave
  15. This is a great build. I'll be following. I didn't make it to Maple Grove this year but my son and grandson did. They overheard an interview with a driver saying that with TF and FC, the G forces are such that it can tend to pull your foot off the throttle, so you have to concentrate on keeping the pedal down. I had never heard that, but it makes sense. Dave
  16. Ian, wow, a great looking build! I don't know what color you have in mind for the body, but the current color of the plastic looks good. I'm sure there is a paint available in that. Is it Grabber Orange? Dave
  17. Looks great Neil.
  18. Great job Marcos !!
  19. Chris, I really like this build. The details, window net and paint look RIGHT !! Not that I'm an expert on Pro Stock. I have 3 PS cars started. Who knows when they'll get done. Keep the updates coming. Dave
  20. Ray, you've made it a very cool model !! Looking forward to more. Dave
  21. Tim, LOVE the test paint job !!! Those colors will look great on the Maverick. I will have to get some of that blue for the Coyote valve covers that you kindly donated for my upcoming Pantera build. You can be sure that we are praying for healing in your neck and back. And, yes, in light of the devastation we see in Florida, we have inconveniences. Don't overdo it Tim. Dave
  22. Ian, I'm loving the updates. The magneto, wheelie bars, headers, etc. All look great! What did you use to make the wheelie bars net? Dave
